The cuisine itself was very good. We felt every bite was very FRESH. Notably, the sauce for the lasagna was strikingly notable. Bolognese is NOT an easy accomplishment. I felt every bite honed in on every detail that makes that sauce what it is. This was time well spent.
Unfortunately, we cannot return. The factors contributing to our low review were detailed directly to this establishment, as they were kind enough to offer an email and we hope they will take each of them under consideration.

This is one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to!! Fabulous atmosphere! Food, prices, service & Saturdays with Sal!! The lobster ravioli’s with shrimp is amazing. I ate EVERYTHING, the large chunks of garlic in the sauce was amazing. My husband got steak ravioli’s and asked our daughter for some her noodles so he could finish the sauce on his plate. Such a great place. Thanks Katie, you were so attentive & provided the BEST service!

You so much want to enjoy a restaurant that is close to you, but unfortunately not. We were seated for our reservation at a nice, sturdy wooden table. After about 15 minutes, we were asked what wine. We told the waitress the Heitz Cellar. She came back a few minutes later to report that was no longer available. We chose The Prisoner.
The silverware unfortunately was mismatched, smaller than one would expect, and from Sam’s Club. The silverware did not complement the nice tables.
She asked if we wanted appetizers. I had a coupon for the bruschetta but we opted for the (4) Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms. They had a lot of meat but the meat had no flavor.
A gentleman came to our table – they were doing a Spelling Bee raffle. All I could think of – I came to eat, not do homework. The restaurant was already loud and we could not understand what he was saying.
We ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and Cannelloni Toscana Grande. Unfortunately the Cannelloni Toscana Grande was filled with the bland sausage. And the plate was very hot – I am always cautious if a restaurant that serves on a very hot plate. The saving grace was the marinara – this was delicious. Halfway through the meal, Dimas (owner) dropped off some bread and butter. Last time we were here, the bread was brought at the beginning of the meal.
Then we ordered a coffee and cheesecake for dessert. It took about about 10 minutes – bringing out the coffee first and a couple minutes later, the cheesecake.
Maybe we will go back, I wanted to try the Grande Lasagna Della Nonna – it does not seem to contain the sausage.

Great food and ambience. 6 of us met for dinner and really had a wonderful time. We sat in the side room and Sam took care of us. He is so funny and really cares about his customers. I really believe that he rounds out the perfect dining experience. Make sure to ask for him or at the very least ….. meet him! The meal started with garlic knots and progressed into the main courses of pasta and seafood. Everything was great. We ordered and the food came out quickly. Everything was spot on. The staff was extremely friendly & accomodating. We will be back for sure.

Took my daughter out to dinner after her doctor’s appointment. She wanted Chick-fil-A but we’ve been teaching her to eat local and non-chain. After reminding her, she wanted Italian and this place was conveniently located right next to the doctor’s office.
The ambiance was nice and cozy. We were seated immediately which is always nice.
The waiter was a pretty cool guy. He said that he wanted to “surprise” us with our meal. Asked what we liked and if there were foods we didn’t. I wasn’t up for the surprise as I saw a lobster ravioli. The kid was up for a surprise.
He came back out with our meals. My lobster ravioli was pretty yummy. The perfect amount of spice in the sauce.
My daughter seemed to enjoy her surprise penne rustica. She said she’ll ask for more servers to surprise her at restaurants.
Took my leftovers home and the wife finished them off. I guess I should’ve ordered something for her?

I ordered takeout for the first time. I was waiting outside for the pick up time, the owner came out to my car to deliver my food which was very nice! However, the pizza was extremely greasy. I folded my pizza in half and a large amount of grease wrung out. While it was good tasting, it made me quite sick. We also ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo. The chicken itself had an odor and was not trimmed properly for a pasta. I picked the chicken out since it tasted weird to me, then decided to try the rest of the pasta. The pasta was very buttery and the sauce wouldn’t stick to the noodles.
EDITED (in response to owner comment): I arrived 10 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready, which is why I was waiting in my car.. To deflect my concerns with a rating on doordash is not holding yourself accountable. Sure. If you add mounds of butter and oil onto food, it’ll taste good but is that level of grease necessary? It truly made me sick.

I’ve eaten at this place multiple times since the new owner took over and have been impressed every time. The pizza it fantastic, the appetizers are great and the wine and drinks are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend the all of their pizzas, the cherry pepper calamari and the ribeye sliders!

This is such a fun family owned restaurant! We happened to stop by on an afternoon where Billy Wills was in the house and the manager, Sam, required Billy to serenade us! Thereafter, Sam decided to get into the act and display his singing talents as well. Entertainment aside, the food is really good! You gotta try this place!

I ordered a pizza and salad to go from Pino’s on Friday for $36. Went and picked it up. Got home and opened the box to the pizza in the first photo. Unbelievable. I called in to let them know what we had received and to their credit they remade it. The second photo is the remake. I asked the manager if he was happy with that pizza…he said he was. The crust was uneven, thick in areas and other areas so thin there were holes. The toppings were uneven and there was uncooked flour clumps on the bottom of the crust. As a comparison, we ordered two pizzas from a competitor today for $44. Those pizzas are in the last photo.
