The food quality is not what it used to be. I worked there as a teenager and the quality of the food was great.
Tonight my family and I got chicken that was dried out like it was cooked yesterday.
It’s a shame you can’t get a decent meal at KFC anymore.

Food is good but customer service needs more training. I ordered bbq chicken tenders to eat on lunch break at work – didn’t give me any silverware so now I’m gonna have to eat it w my fingers.

The only reason why I only gave 4 stars is, I ordered a large Chicken Livers and when I got home and started to eat them, they were hard as a rock and not edible! I didn’t go back because I tossed out the receipt at the KFC, but I really wanted Chicken Livers because I was craving them because I hadn’t been able to eat for almost a week due to an illness! I asked the employee if they could make them fresh and I explained why, she was very nice and didn’t charge me and made good on my original purchase! That’s good customer service in my opinion!

Stopped by at 11am. No gravy to go with potatoes and no ranch. Totally ridiculous!!! She said the manager last night did not tell they needed either one. Came through drive thru. I should have just left.

I placed an online order for the 6 pc and a pot pie. When I got to the d/t I asked for honey and butter. After waiting a few minutes the food came out, I checked the order and only received a 4pc with no condiments so I pulled back to the window and told them what happened and I guess the manager needed proof so the girl took my phone to the kitchen and was then handed a box, I asked if the honey and butter was in there (3rd time asking) and she finally went and got it. So we finally get squared away and I started eating my pot pie immediately bite into a bone then a few bites later, a second bone so I just gave up on it. I honestly think this is the worst run restaurant in Cleveland.

I placed an online order to be delivered. I received an email just stating it had been canceled and to contact KFC. I did and they told me it was stolen and I would have to contact doordash. This made no sense to me as I assumed that KFC is the one who would be be paid for my order. Apparently making another order for me was not an option either according to the person I spoke with. The employee I spoke to was rude, unwilling to listen and argumentative. Since she did not like what I was trying to convey to her she simply hung up on me. very poor customer service and I would not recommend

Since KFC joined Upside i been wanting to try them again and really been needing some fried chicken livers, so i went through drive thru and got some. They’re meh. Not nearly as good as they used to be, and you would have thought there would have been a little more for $7.50 , but to be fair I did eat one while I was driving, but still. ☹️☹️

I recently visited the KFC on Keith Street in Cleveland, TN, and I must say, my experience left me deeply disappointed. At first glance, this newly reconstructed KFC seemed inviting with its clean, new construction. Unlike its counterparts in larger cities, this location lacked the signs of constant robberies and unsavory characters. However, appearances can be deceiving, and I urge you to consider other options before dining here.
Regardless of the time of day, this KFC always appears closed. The open signs remain off, and during the evening, the building lights and parking lights are switched off as well. The darkened windows give the impression of abandonment, but it is far from the truth. Inside, you’ll find just two or three employees who seem reluctant to be there. If you happen to visit the drive-thru an hour or so to closing time, don’t be surprised if you’re met with silence or told that they’re out of chicken for the rest of the night. Yes, KFC without chicken is hard to fathom!
Unfortunately, my recent visit aligned with my expectations. The place appeared closed, with lights out and no inviting “open sign.” As I entered the eerily empty dining area, I quickly realized the danger that awaited me. Despite the abundance of wet floor signs, the floor was coated in a treacherous layer of grease and oil. It felt as though they had dipped their mop directly into the fryer and used that as their mop water.
I had hoped that the new look of this KFC would signify an improvement in their operations. Regrettably, it was clear that they had not made any meaningful changes.
I must admit, I am not a fan of the competing chicken places that claim their chicken is divinely blessed. However, I would choose to endure the unholiness of their competitors rather than dine at this KFC again.
To all the readers out there, here’s a tip: if an eatery appears empty during its supposed opening hours, especially at lunchtime, take it as a warning and run. Both the employees and the locals are trying to convey a message, and it’s best to heed their advice.

Slow, cant give everything thats supposed to come with your order. Then they want you to drive back and get the rest at the price of the food and the inconvenience, they should doordash it

Attempted to pick up 2 different Uber eats orders at different times neither one of the orders were ready had a wait time of at least 10 minutes. The workers were too worried about the parking lot for some reason and their wasn’t even 3 cars in the parking lot.
