UPDATE: 9/18/25 Our sandwich was made tonight by a lovely girl – KAYLEIGH – she did what she always does – a fabulous job! We so appreciate her expertise and she made us just what we wanted. How wonderful not to have to cook dinner! Thank you to the Madison, Va., Subway for having wonderful people to take care of us!

We always enjoy our sandwiches from the Madison, Va., Plaza and it’s so nice to be able to go there and know we will be receiving a delicious dinner!
On July 30, we were particularly pleased to be served by a lovely young lady, SOPHIA. She did an excellent job preparing our sub and was also very sweet and personable. Her caring attitude and being good at what she does goes a long way to bringing us back repeatedly to this particular Subway. We have always been taken care of there by every person who has prepared our sandwiches, but we were particularly pleased with SOPHIA. I told to tell her boss that day she did a good job!!
Thank you for a wonderful, local spot we can always count on for something delicious and being greeted with a caring attitude/

Like many chains, shrink-flation is real. Ordered double protein and what I got looked like even less than normal. Complete ripoff for what you pay. You are much better going to Yoders or Piedmont Deli.

Placed online order, drove all the way to Madison.(13) miles. Get there, order has been kicked out. But it charged our card. Went in to ask what was the problem and get the food. Hostess was not helpful told us it had kicked our order out and it might drop our money back tomorrow. But we were coming to get dinner. Not friendly nor helpful. No sorry and no explanation why and told us if we wanted to order to get in the end of the line. We had already ordered. And it had taken our money!
Very disappointed……no dinner was had there…

We visited this location twice in one week to give it another chance as the first time the employee was pretty busy & it was mid day. We really like the staff here & the food is fresh and maintained. We will be back. The employees are very kind and patient. The store is very clean. Thanks.

If I could give zero stars I would. This store deserves nothing more than zero stars. We called to get a refund my husband ordered online and it was sent to the wrong store. We was met with a nasty attitude. She was very nasty and very rude. Stated the owner would call us. The owner eventually called and wasn’t much better. Refused to give us a refund. We eventually did get a refund through the app but it took several weeks. DO NOT ORDER from this location. The staff is rude and talk to customers as if they have zero home training at all. 1 employee in particular is very sweet but the rest are terrible and unprofessional.

We were traveling through the area and stopped. It was one of the cleanest subways I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly. The floor was clean and so were the tables and they each had a small American flag.
