We have ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a chicken pot pie. The wait is not long. The chicken sandwiches are only 3.99 each. It must be some kind of promotion. Chicken sandwich OSS crispy and t is soft. Nice bun. Really good. The chicken pot pie is very hot and tasty.
The restaurant is small but very clean. The washroom is clean. You need a code to use it. The guy at the counter is friendly and efficient.
We will return to try the Tuesday special which is 8 pieces of a mix of chicken pieces and tenders. All these for $10 only.

This location is ALWAYS a hit or miss! Most KFC’s in Vegas are suspect! Management needs improvement! How can you give a customer a bucket of chicken WITHOUT a lid?? Someone place the paper & napkin on top of the bucket & pushed it out the drive thru. ♀️ You could have easily called another location to see if you could get some until your stock arrived or you could have put it in a box! How will the chicken stay warm?! Your food is suspect too. It’s hit or miss on fresh chicken! If you’re running a special on the $10 bucket, make sure you have the BUCKET & LID! Also this is a chicken house, have chicken! That includes crispy! Stop trying to sell everyone on original! Some actually want crispy! Not just this location but every location in Vegas! Do better! When people are on the drive thru, most don’t check their food. I’ve even asked for crispy & got home & it was original! ♀️ COOK CRISPY CHICKEN! Train your staff & do better management & manage this location! The Colonel Sanders is turning over in his grave! Decades ago I use to be a manager. With that being said, KFC needs to be revamped! No excuses!

Went there an hour and 15 minutes before close. I wanted a KFC full meal for me and crew. I was told they just have breasts and wings-for one more meal. Nothing else. This is an hour plus till they close at 1030. As a former manager, I watched 4 people who wanted meals skip them and head somewhere else. You wanna lose money, this is how you do it. Not sure if ordering person didn’t order enough, or who’s to blame. Headed to Popeyes cause they are open till midnight.

I would like to start off by saying that the heavy set male manager that wears glasses never gave me any problems when I come to order.
My visit here today was so disappointing. KFC is one of my favorite fast food chains. I’ve been coming to this location for almost 2 years. Every visit, I ask for my chicken to be made cook to order. I have never been told no until today. When I asked for it to be made fresh, the cook looked at who I’m assuming was mod and smirked then walked away. The mod said that the chicken they have has been done for 30 minutes. I told her no, I would rather wait 30 minutes for fresh food because I will be mad if my food it not up to good quality. So instead of dealing with those women , I go to Popeyes. They have no problem with making my chicken fresh even though their chicken came out onlu 7 minutes ago . If a customer is requesting for their order to be made a specific way, it shouldn’t be a problem. I’m the one spending my money. I want my food cook to order . Do better ladies who work here. Yall were not busy

Everything taste good when cooked right unfortunately there is times were the chicken is overcooked, but I understand that nobody is perfect. The mash potatoes are amazingly good and the gravy is phenomenal! The staff is always courteous and friendly. The drive thru lane is always fast. If you are ever hungry for fried chicken then you have come to the right place !

I agree with all the 1star post. If this isn’t the worst kfc, I shudder to think of a worse. One if you go inside and want to place an order you are told 20 to 30 minute wait. Go to drive thru and you get your order. We are paying good money for your food, the least you can do is have people, not kiosk, to take your order.
