I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a couple weeks, and the staff is always kind and friendly, which I really appreciate. However, I’ve noticed a recurring issue with my drinks not being filled to the top, which is frustrating given the price. I’m not one to complain, and I’m usually in a rush on my way to work, so I don’t have the time to go back. Unfortunately, this has happened enough times that I felt the need to mention it. On top of that, the taste of my drink often seems inconsistent—sometimes it’s perfect, other times it’s off. I hope this is something that can be improved, as I do enjoy coming here but am often left disappointed.

I always order a quad espresso with extra cold foam and 2 pumps of white chocolate. The white chocolate is almost NEVER mixed in which I do not understand. So frustrating because then it doesn’t mix into the cold coffee well when I have to do it and the plain espresso is always bitter. And this amount of cold foam is a joke when I have to pay for it and specifically ask for extra.

Usually I’m very forgiving, but I’ve ordered online 2x from this store as it’s close to my work and most convenient for me to order online whilst at work. Both times I’ve order 1-3 drinks for me and some co-workers and both times my orders have been messed up. Yes they have fixed my orders both times, however when I had my drink fixed I received it not even filled all the way… like come on I paid $7.25 for that the least you could do is fill it all the way so I at least get my moneys worth. Anyways won’t be going back to this Starbucks anymore. The people are great, and the atmosphere but the service team says otherwise. Not to mention while I was waiting for my drinks to be fixed I watched one of the employees chuck someone’s sandwhich onto the cashiers table. Nice right! :).

Nicole totally made my morning perfect. I had tried everyone’s favorite pumpkin latte last week and hated it!!! Yes it took me this long. But I love brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. Nicole made a hot one for me this morning that tasted exactly like my cold one I drink when I want ice! I was in heaven! She is the bomb! She really listened to what I had to say and made sure I was happy!

I drive by everyday on my way to work and will frequently use the app to place and order to be picked up inside. By the time I arrive, my order is waiting for me on the counter, very convenient. A couple of times my drink has not been made correctly (I drink tea with a splash of milk and sometimes they steam the milk instead), but I’ll check before I leave and they will quickly make me a new drink. I’ve ordered “Royal English Breakfast with 2 packets sugar and a splash of whole milk” enough now that they don’t steam the milk anymore. When I want a real treat, I’ll order the Chai Tea Latte or the Honey Citrus Mint Tea, both are so delicious.
