Something definitely changed here. After two visits I believe now it’s timing and who’s the manager in charge. Yes, it was a mess on my first visit but I decided to give this location a second chance. I really hope every manager/employee takes pride in BK and note first impressions can make or break a business.

Staff are polite and friendly. The burgers are consistent with most other Burger King’s, but I would not recommend BK chicken nuggets. That’s fine, but the primary concern is that it has consistently taken more than average waiting times, sometimes over 20 minutes, to receive food (both dine-in and drive-thru). This hinders the “fast food” aspect of the establishment. If you want BK and have some time on your hands, then this place is great.

This is the only Burger King in Hampton Roads I can say that is consistent in great service and advertisement quality food. I’ve never had a mistaken order or disrespectful encounter. My ONLY critique is that this location seems understaffed by watching them move about the restaurant. This is the #1 Burger King in the 757, even late at night.

And the award for the slowest and worst Burger King in all of Virginia Beach, no all of Hampton Roads goes to 1386 Fordham Drive! If there are more than 3 cars in the drive thru expect a wait of over 30 minutes, how exciting! On top of long waits expect your food to be cold and soggy, how delicious! But seriously stay away from this location. If any of these locations need to be shut down this one needs to for its own good. Avoid like the plague!

I put in a delivery through the app last night .. not only was the entire order wrong but it was disgusting , cold , and old . Like it had sat for hours and they threw it in a bag and handed it to the driver . The order on the bag wasn’t even our order . I tried to call , obviously no answer. When I contacted support they offered a “$10 off coupon “ and refused a refund . Be careful ordering delivery from here .

I would not pick this Bk for door dash infact I would drive to another B.K. The staff took over 10 minutes to complete one order. Then they were talking to each other unprofessionally. No one husseled thats including the supervisor. Washer were canceling pickup orders, drive thru wrapped around not moving. On top of that my order was incomplete because of no communication between the staff.

I was greeted by Alex, the senior associate the moment I walked in. He was working the drive through, the front counter, and directing his associates without missing a beat. Accurate orders with young but very disciplined crew. Nothing but smiles and joy showing in their actions and interactions.
I usually go out of my way to go to this location. No other BK in the area can do better.
I like my burgers a certain way and this crew delivers.

Chloe took my order , when picking up the order she asked me what I ordered, then before I could answer, she told me what I ordered, I corrected her and she said..” that’s what I said” umm no Chloe you said something else, she had an attitude, and ………. of course I leave with out checking my food, when I arrived home, it had a missing burger and a small fries. I called when I got home, and of course, no answer.
