I ordered from here and got a cheese danish w/ a cake pop— I only got the cake pop. I get it before work, so it’s not like I can turn right around. Tried to call to let them know about the mistake and they just picked up the phone and immediately hung up. What a sad way to start my morning.

Ordered a cake pop and got a chocolate croissant. When I placed the order I said chocolate cake pop and they heard chocolate croissant. I said no chocolate cake pop. She corrected herself and I still got the croissant. Dang. I was really looking forward to the cake pop. I don’t even like these. What a shame.

After leaving this location yesterday I was in a car accident right in-front of the store. After my daughter and I were checked out we walked and sat outside the store. Never expected to have my drink remade. Was not even going to ask. The kind barista offered to make me something without knowing I had just left there. It was so thoughtful of her to offer a little bit of kindness in a tough situation. Very thankful for that and a reason we love Starbucks!

I stop by this Starbucks often, but today’s visit was outstanding. The young lady at the window, Kenzie, was so sweet—she took the time to talk with my son and me about our day. You could tell she truly enjoys her job, and it made the whole experience so much brighter. Kenzie was amazing!

I have received kind customer service here before, Even when the drinks are made incorrectly. However, this last time Aiden was very rude about remaking my drink.. It definitely rubbed me the wrong way saying that there is a pattern of me having my drink remade.. When there are baristas that will absolutely make it right and there are others that burn the shots every time… Maybe there is a pattern due to the lack of training and properly pulling shots… it is a Starbucks promise to remake the drink until they get it right. However, they give me a hard time and make me feel bad for it. That is not OK… It is absolutely not OK to call out my character because I am being honest and like my coffe made correctly when I am paying that much for it

I have ordered here several times before but I had to use the restroom and recently the have put codes on the restroom doors. I have an autoimmune disease that causes me to use the restroom quite often or when I need to go, i need to go. I had my wallet with me and the shift supervisor refused to let me use the restroom first because I had not purchased something first. This shouldn’t be necessary when you say you don’t discriminate for any reason but yet you have a code on you bathroom doors and people with health issues can’t have them when they are available. I was willing to buy something after but she wouldn’t let me go. But I had to drive elsewhere and she lost business. Now I just won’t be going to Starbucks at all. The time before I went i ordered a ham baguette, the didn’t have it. Then ordered several other things they didn’t have. So I orders one of the protein packs, i had to return it because it was out of date. They told me to come back tomorrow when they get a truck. So done with Starbucks. Never again.

This location has the friendliest baristas I have ever come across. They have managed to create a small town coffee shop vibe in a National chain. I can’t say enough good things about them, it’s the only one I even like to go to anymore.

Great location. Used the drive-thru so I have no idea how the atmosphere is truthfully. What I can say is this is the first SB in the area to have the order ready when we got to the window. And for some reason, it tasted better than the others too. By better, I mean fresher.
