A MUST STOP!
If you are looking for unique delicious breakfast and lunch options this is your place. We stopped for breakfast and baked goods. We were NOT disappointed! Everything was excellent! The service was delightful. We started with hot tea and chai tea and it was excellent. Then we each picked out something different in the breakfast menu and it was excellent. There is no waiting because everything is premade and huge portions. I had a spinach frittata And my family had breakfast wraps. Everything was unique and spectacular. The baked goods were phenomenal! We tried a lot of different options. We bought plenty to take home and everything we purchased was phenomenal! I was visiting from Texas and stopped here on a whim. I cannot rave about this place enough! The setting is in an old church. It is definitely a historical building. It’s so quaint and cozy. Eileen has done an excellent job at her food options and baked goods. She even has some jewelry available for purchase also. It is definitely worth the Stop!

This little, on the outside yet huge on the inside, cafe was a perfect way to start the morning. I ordered a hot drink and a breakfast wrap and then noticed they sell fresh homemade sourdough by the loaf so I grabbed one. Great portions and flavor with the homemade chai and sweet potato spinach wrap.

Eileen’s was such a fun place to eat. I had the Katmandu which was delicious. The sugar free chai was, as well. The staff was so happy and friendly. They bake all the bread they use and they had a case of delicious cookies. I’ll be back!

I’ve ordered from them twice now and they do an excellent job at catering to the customers. The first time I completely forgot to order a latte without whole milk because I’m lactose intolerant, then they proceeded to redo the order with oat milk! Which they didn’t have to do, but was really nice. Yesterday, I wanted my drink to have a little more vanilla, and they happily added it too! Love their staff’s work ethic and manners. Definitely gotta support it, plus the location is cute.

I do NOT write reviews, but I had to come and brag about this delicious treat I had the privilege of trying yesterday. One of the sweet ladies that work here brought some to my job for us to try. When I tell you this was one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tried! I already cannot wait to find time to head over here! I wish I could give them 10 stars, I’ll definitely update my review when I have an in person experience but as far as the taste it deserves a 10!

A love letter to the pecan pie pastry – it simply is divine. The layers, the crunch, just wow. Every time I come in to Eileens the staff is so welcoming. The sandwiches are so delicious and this place is just a gem. It does get busy – rightfully so, it is incredible! My kids love it and there shortbread never dissapoints. How blessed Fredericksburg is to be able to have such a delicious heartfelt cafe like Eileen’s.

We found out about this place from a Facebook Reel from Fredericksburg Adventures. My husband loves pastries and sandwiches thought this would be a nice spot to hit for breakfast on the way to church. We got breakfast sandwiches and a breakfast wrap and a giant cookie for the little. Everything was so delicious, service was amazing. The portions here if uou leave hungry its your own fault. Definitely will be coming back!
Major plus, having a child with nut allergies we really appreciate how anything with nuts was clearly marked!
