OMG… I’ve never seen clothing on the homeless as filthy as this girl’s who was handling the food (without gloves). The many scars from sores on her arms was also very alarming. I wonder what, if anything, the management cares about. Oh… I wouldn’t recommend the fries.

Clean, welcoming, and run by folks who truly care—this Wendy’s impressed my family of four from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was chill, and everything from the dining area to the bathrooms was spotless.
What really stood out was Terry’s outstanding customer service. He personally let us know he was dropping fresh fries and fresh nuggets, even though the ones in the warmer were still within a few minutes of their 30 min serving time. As someone with nearly a decade in food management and hospitality, I can say this level of attention is rare and truly appreciated. Terry went the extra mile to make sure our food was fresh, hot, and our experience top-tier.

My elderly mom and her niece stopped in there last night at about 10 o’clock pm May 15th, after a hospital visit. They were treated so kindly, even though it was closing time. Thank you so much to the closing crew for treating them so well and not turning them away. ❤️ She bagged about her visit.

Ordered two classic Asiago ranch chicken sandwich combos. Drove 10 minutes home to find BOTH of them without bacon AND cheese. Called to make sure that what was on the receipt was supposed to have bacon and cheese and they confirmed that it was. Drove 10 minutes and was told that I’d have to wait 10 minutes for them to make it fresh when they could have taken the order over the phone and had it ready when I got there. I told them I would be willing to wait for the correct food if I could have a refund and they said no. While the manager was authorizing the refund not once was I apologized to by the window worker or manager. I’m not one to ever leave bad reviews and I understand mistakes happen. But when a mistake is made and there is absolutely ZERO effort to reconcile the situation and make sure the customer leaves somewhat satisfied…. In the end I got a sad chicken sandwich and 45 minutes of my night wasted.
