Wanting to try something new we drove from Benton to finally try this restaurant. I’ll start by saying overall very impressed. The portions are much larger than expected and the prices are very reasonable. We dined in on a Saturday afternoon not realizing there was a limited weekend menu, although we were able to find many items to choose from and they didn’t limit it to just brunch like other restaurants I was disappointed to not have the full menu. Don’t let that stop you from dining because this is a great place and the food was wonderful! Our table had fried pickles, firecracker shrimp and the Cobb salad. Only mistake we made was ordering too much! Service was great and we got seated immediately.

I went in to enjoy brunch, just me. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. My server was AWESOME throughout my entire visit. The guy that brought my food out was a little snooty and dismissive even after I spoke. He was dressed as if he was management. My food tasted great (5 stars for sure). Well done chef. I decided to try the Dreamscicle Martini. The drink in the picture. It tasted horrible. I took two sips just in case the first sip wasn’t mixed well. I told my server I didn’t like it at all. She took it up, still full, just as she deliver it to me. Later she came back and said the manager isn’t willing to take it off my tab. I asked if I could substitute it for something else of equal value or cheaper and I will still pay the price of the bad martini. She said the manager said “no but you can take it with you.” Basically I paid $12 for a martini that was barely touched and the manager didn’t care to show his/her face to try to work with me to achieve customer satisfaction. Basically don’t try anything new just in case it’s terrible. Management wants your money no matter how bad it is. I paid my tab, tipped and thanked my waitress, and left. The experience was ok.

The food was good BUT the grits for shrimp and grits was way too thick.
The pancakes were delicious, light, fluffy, and sweet.
The eggs were cold after coming from the kitchen. No sure what that was about. The server brought eggs straight from the kitchen and there were luke warm. Dude that was frustrating. Anyway
The server was nice and checked on us often.

Great food and excellent service! Our whole group enjoyed their meals. I ordered the seafood platter with fried fish and shrimp, it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality food and a great dining experience in the area.

My mom and I stopped in for lunch and decided to order appetizers and split them, we ordered the shrimp appetizer, quesadillas and I got a side salad. It was more than plenty of food!! The firecracker shrimp were good but the siraccha ketchup tasted a little “ketchupy”, the quesadillas were good, they were served with guacamole, pico, and sour cream. Side salad was also good! Our overall experience was good, I would go back and eat again! Also, the staff was attentive and friendly in spite of a busy lunch crowd !

We go quite often, and Windrush is definitely deserving of a good review. The service is always good and the food is good. The manager, Chris, is always checking on everyone. I’ve never had a bad experience.

Came here at an off hour which was great. The food is excellent and we ordered the chocolate sack for dessert which was as decedent as it looks. The Cajun pasta is AMAZING, fantastic burger grilled to order and the onion rings were incredible. A little off the beaten path but well worth traveling to.

My husband and I tried this restaurant for the first time ; we were definitely impressed and will return as our date night spot ! The food definitely gave us a New Orleans vibe ! Lily G was an excellent server ! The bathroom was definitely clean and nice !! The drinks is a 10/10 !! Yall try the Chocolate Martini && the Mardi Gras Salad , soooo delicious
