I enjoyed my experience here, and l love the location. I ordered a Moscow mule, and that was very refreshing. I also ordered some of their raw oysters on the half shell. They were very good, and I was glad they came out with enough time before the entree so I could enjoy them. I also ordered some sushi special rolls and some of their taco sushi because I wanted to try something different. All of the sushi was delicious, I did especially like the taco sushi. It was creamy but with some crunch, too. It was a great atmosphere, and the waitress was very kind and attentive. I did find it interesting that I was brought Styrofoam type plates to eat with as everything else came out on regular glass dinnerware. It would have been a much more elevated experience if I had brought been brought glass dinnerware.

This is hands down the worst restaurant in Lansing.
I genuinely do not understand why the owner hires so many staff, because none of them actually work.
I will absolutely never come back to this place, and I’d never recommend it to anyone.
I ordered pickup. I arrived on time. Somehow, that turned into over an hour and a half of waiting. Impressive, really, for a pickup order.
Not a single staff member bothered to say they were sorry. No explanation. No acknowledgment. Nothing. Just standing around while customers are left completely in the dark.
Calling this “service” is generous. The word itself feels wasted here.
This wasn’t bad service, it was no service at all.
If this is how you treat customers, I honestly don’t know why you’re in business.

I arrived for pickup at the time it said it would be ready yet I was waiting for an additional 25 min for two sushi rolls. Rolls had rock solid avocado which was disgusting and inedible. Removing the avocado didnt make it much better as there was still a funny taste to it that gave me a stomachache. Waiting that long for this bs is crazy and they didnt even bother to offer a discount for the wait. Not worth the $30 I paid for it and im not coming back. Taro tea was good but is made with powder and not traditional.

Would not return. Cleanliness was sub par. It was close inside than outside and most of us never took off our coats. Waited an hour for food after ordering, granted we had a semi large group, but was still an excessive wait. One person’s meal was completely forgotten and he didn’t receive it until the rest of the party was ready to leave. The food itself was decent, but did not make up for all the disappointments.

This place was good, not great.
We ordered two appetizers; calamari & hush puppies, the puppies were decent, good flavor. The calamari tasted like something you’d get from a box in the freezer section, was rubbery and bland tasting..
Also ordered a seafood broil w a lobster tail, snow crab and shrimp in Cajun seasoning and garlic butter. Lobster tail was a good size and had lots of flavor, crab and shrimp were bland but tasted good dipped in the sauce from the bag! Corn was good, we also ordered sausage + boiled eggs – both great!!
The sushi roll we ordered, crunchy jalapeño was full of flavor and the perfect size.
Atmospheres- outside was not too pretty And upon entry to the foyer area, it was dirty and uninviting. Once you walk into the actual restaurant, the atmosphere and mood change and it’s a little better / kind of cute / neat with water boxes on walls.
The service was not great. After being sat, we did not get a server for about 5-7 minutes. My husband ordered a Moscow Mule, which Had no alcohol at all, He sent it back and got a Sapporo instead.
Our appetizers arrived with our food, the server did not come back one time to ask us if we wanted refills or how our food tasted. I had to walk up to the counter to get a box and our bill. I would say she needs some extra training

My family and I were extremely disappointed. The food quality was very poor. We ordered calamari for an appetizer. You could not even chew them. The fried pickles were good. We ordered the family seafood meal. The crayfish were not cleaned. The corn on the cob was rancid. The sausage was the poorest quality I have ever seen in a restaurant. It reminded us of hot dogs. The shrimp and the few crab legs were good. Potatoes were also tasty. I will not be back. The server was nice and pleasant.

Do the deceiving thing about this place is when we went there was only like two cars in the Parking lot and the outside of the place is dinghy and doesn’t look that nice, but when you walk in it’s a completely different story! It was a neat design inside and really clean! Now when it comes to service, it wasn’t the best but it was some what friendly. The food option is pretty awesome and has a large selection! They have everything seafood you could want! I went with the gator bite for an appetizer and it was delicious! My main course was the ocean #4 and it comes with snow crab, shrimp, and green muscles, cooked with potatoes and corn in a Cajun boil! But man talk about delicious! it was the best shrimp I’ve pry ever eaten! My buddy got the catfish basket and that was pretty awesome too! Be
prepared to get pretty messy while eating!
I will definitely be back to this place

I travel 36 miles 2-3 times a month for their Shrimp Seafood Boil. Headless shrimp, potatoes, corn in Cajun spicy Garlic sauce. It’s to die for!!! I love this place for dine-in or take out. My Boil is still hot after traveling home. The atmosphere is great. Large spacious seating, booths. You are not sitting on top of other patrons. It’s colorful and cool! Fresh Sushi made on the spot. The staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable of the menu. By far this is the best Seafood spot within 50 miles! Great for med-large groups. Parking plentiful. No reservations required. I dined in for my anniversary to review service. Fast seating on a Monday evening. The waitstaff somewhat too eager for ordering. Alcohol/Beer list is slim. No IPA for hubby!! My Ocean 2 was good, lacked sauce and required longer boil. Calamari and fried oysters delicious.
