Sat in line in the drive through for 20 mins only for them to pull every car up to parking spots and wait another 15 mins. I don’t understand how it’s not faster to just make the orders as they come instead of pulling people up. Worst fast food service around. Just wanted a happy meal for my daughter.

Sat in line for 12 minutes after paying only to have to pull into a spot and wait longer for a cheeseburger and fries. This place is terrible. Last time I waited 20 minutes and had to go in and get my food. I would love to know what this issue is everytime I come here. It is no longer fast food.

Please update hours. I work overnight shift in new Bern and since it says they open at 5:30, I came here. It’s past 530 and no one has attended me and cars have left. Smh, if hours were updated I could’ve got the food in new Bern…I just wanted it fresh.

Ordered 2 fish sandwich filets. One had a half of a piece of cheese barley on the filet. I would have taken a picture of this as well had I known that the next would be just as bad. See the attached image to let you all know that Mc Donald’s is now providing a half slice of cheese on their fish filet sandwich. I normally don’t have an issue with this but now that they are charging about $3 for a SMALL French fry! This is outrageous! I can go to Panera Bread and get a healthier meal for nearly the same price! I think, I will start going there, since why pay $9 for a meal when I can pay $10 for a healthier choice and MUCH better from the taste side. What happened? I think that McDonald’s has sold out and is now looking at the dollar number than they are considering the main idea and that is to provide a meal at a low cost to the customer. The prices now, are at the same as the higher restaurants, but the quality of the food provided doesn’t match the dollar amount that you are spending. Take a check on this and go to Panera and spend $12 and then do the same at Mc Donald’s. I think we all know the result, but why haven’t the higher ups at Mc Donald’s figured this out? I can tell you in one word, PROFITs. Mc Donald’s is the last place I will be visiting after my current experience. Why would you only put a half slice of cheese on ANY sandwich? Only those that are focused on the dollar and not on the customer!

The dining room was closed at 5PM, despite a sign saying they had staffing issues and would re-open by then. So I go through the drive-thru, which took about fifteen minutes. The fries were cold, as were the nuggets. The place use to be fine, but it’s gone WAY downhill lately.
