Idk what was up with this Popeyes, but we pulled up to order and they were rushing us to pull up. Then we get our food with items missing and these cheese curds unbelievably greasy. They also had us waiting nearly 20 mins in the drive thru for the food in the first place. Get home and realize they gave us spicy chicken instead of regular so we had to go back. Service gets a 3 because they rectified it. Gave us extra chicken for the inconvenience.

Ordered a 3 piece combo, chicken came in small enough for a 4 year old to eat nit for an adult. The 2 sides, biscuit and macaroni were so burnt i could taste the previously burnt foods from the oven. Destroyed my entire experience, not going back.

I visited today and witnessed a customer upset about another customer getting their food first. The young man Josh working handled the situation with such professionalism, patience, and kindness. He explained it was an employee courtesy, remained respectful, and continued providing exceptional service despite the tension. You can’t make everyone happy, but he definitely made many customers feel valued. Excellent customer service — he should be proud of how he represents this business also the young lady who took my order and bagged 2/16 around 245 you are so pleasant!!

Don’t come here unless it is busy otherwise they will serve you cold stale food. I was the only customer in the drive thru but it took them 5 minutes just to take my order, which was only a ghost pepper sandwich combo with no sauce. I’m pretty sure they gave me one of the leftover sandwiches from lunch that was sitting there for who knows how long… and it wasnt even the right sandwich! It was one of the original ones, not the ghost pepper one with bacon and cheese that I paid for. Also they somehow used the whole stores supply of sauce on that one sandwich. I know its just kids running the place but dude you gotta have at least one person there that gives a crap. Their fries are bangin but i got old cold ones that were saltier than the dead sea. Their food seems to be just crazy salty anyways even when its prepared properly. CAVEAT EMPTOR

We tried to order dark meat chicken only, they said they can’t do it. They said have to mix. My question is why? And sometimes I ordered, they said okay. Every time is different! The service girl said because there’s different manager! This is crazy and so stupid way to do the business. Awful experience! Went through the drive thru and didn’t receive what we ordered. I even asked at the window if it was all there because the bag was pretty empty for 4 meals. I pull over to check and we are missing a meal and a side. We also asked for spicy and got original. In addition we didn’t get the specific pieces of chicken we ordered. Soda was flat and one had no ice in it at all. Spent over $50 and received very small pieces of chicken with greasy mac and cheese which we couldn’t eat. This place is an absolute train wreck. Terrible to pay this kind of money for terrible food.

I don’t always take the time to do reviews but I really had to. I was in the restaurant last night and such a wonderful experience I had to share. I’m not feeling great lately and my mind is all over the place. They handed me my drink and I still left it on the counter. It was raining and they still came running outside to give it to me. Not to mention that all the employees seem to really work so well together. They were happy and smiling not just with the customers but amongst one another. My food was ready in a timely fashion and was all fresh. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better Popeyes experience. Ive read some of the other reviews and those that were negative I just can’t imagine that . Wendy

Area seems deserted and the new color needs better lighting or you could drive past it. Service is hit or miss just like the good. Chicken isn’t always fresh and put the two canine offer. They don’t always have proper chicken that goes in the order, but God forbid if you ask them to substitute, it seems like it’s an impossible thing. When they’re good they’re really good when it’s off it’s all the way off.

The owner of this business does not care about their customers only out to take your money! Also reached out via the website there provided to no avail.
Really bad experience with this location. Placed my order from the drive thru and was told to pull forward to a parking spot only to wait 25+ minutes. Went inside to get my order and they completely forgot my order. The manager gave me an attitude and offered no refund. A absolute nightmare! Had to contact corporate and file a complaint.
