This is a chain fast food restaurant. You get what you expect – Korean food in a bowl. We also tried the cheese K-dog which is a fun experience and tastes pretty good and their mandoo/pot stickers which are fantastic. The staff is welcoming and interacts with the customers in the store in a positive way. The location is pretty small so if you go when busy seating can be a problem.

The workers were nice, but my food was made so poorly. I asked for a tiny bit more sauce and it came as soup. Pretty much not edible. And we got about 10 fries with our chicken wings. Really disappointed with our food tonight.

Yummy food. When we got there they were out of rice so we had to wait but they gave us mandoo and drinks while we waited. Tried the k dog and it was good.

During our 2 most recent visits, the food has been subpar. The rice was hard. The noodles were dried. The fried chicken options (mainly Ugly and Rock, but Crunchy has been fine) were more-or-less really hard to bite and stale. The BBQ beef did not have enough flavor.
There were a couple times when we used the app to scan for points the points were never processed. We’ve spent over $40-80 on each order. So we reached out to loyalty support and no one responds.
The food, sometimes, is good. And, customer service has been great, which is partly why we were going back despite the poor experience with the consistency of the food, the issues with loyalty points, and the lack of response from the loyalty support team.
At this point, I’d say it’s likely that we won’t be returning.

The food was delicious and we love the new bowls because you get more food! The team was so friendly and polite and made our food so quickly. The atmosphere was pleasant and enjoyable. They gave us free potstickers for making a review too! We will always come back to the cedar hills location! ❤️

Went in for a quick bite, and it was better than we thought it was going to be. Connor was very helpful in deciding what we wanted to eat, and the portions were great. We are happy that we are finally getting more options up in the Cedar Hills area.

I can see why this place has so many great ratings compared to other locations. The food was hot and and they had a really good balance of sauce. Jimmy, one of the guys working there and possibly the shift manager, was training two employees, running the back kitchen, and seemed really efficient at his position. I had to stop to compliment him on his work ethic. I saw several people come and go in my time eating and the staff was always pleasant and quick.

I have always had a good experience with cupbop. The food is great and is always fresh. I also really enjoy being able to choose your spice with so many different levels. The service is great and the employees there are really nice. Javier is my favorite employee here and I see him often when I order. I love the atmosphere and the music they play here.

I LOVE Cupbop. I always get the Mandoo (potstickers) but the ugly fried chicken is good too. I get a level 5. It’s spicy but still has flavor! This location is kinda small, so it’s great if it’s not a busy time, but I did come once and there was a lot of people and not a lot of places to sit. When I order through the app I get my order so quickly which is so nice when I’m on my lunch break! I paid about $14 for a cup, a drink and a side of mandoo.
