Took my wife here hoping to get her Mexican food fix. It did NOT disappoint! The outside mall keeps this restaurants hidden gem on the inside. Festive and fun, colorful and vibrant. The commitment to excellent food and friendly customer service is a winner in itself.

Had the El Jefe burrito and it’s so huge! Nice level of spice and enjoyed the steak inside the burrito with the rice, beans, and cheese. Would definitely come back and try another burrito

Absolutely not worth your hard earned money. Order was 70+ dollars and only got one appetizers which looks lime they took it out of the dumpster from their China wok neigbor ,pics to (Laredo loaded fries $14.99) 2 lunch specials and drinks. The fries where so horrible the chicken was hard as a rock and the amount they give you was not Even enough for a toddler. I know things are pricey now a days but you would think for 15 bucks you would get something a little better, and now my husband has banned them. Please someone help us find good places to eat.

Favorites include Burrito Laredo and Carnitas. A year ago it would have been 5 stars but something has changed. Flavor is still good perhaps portions have changed, in any case a great place for Mexican food but not as satisfying as I remember. Regular drink specials, good taste – seem light on booze They have a small bar just off the restaurant that I hear is expanding, looking forward to that

Camping nearby and was told this place is great so we came for Friday night dinner. From the outside, it’s pretty low key but as soon as you enter, you’re met with classic Mexican decor! The restaurants busy but we were sat right away. Service was great, very attentive and made sure our chips and drinks were always full! I had the carnitas and they were delicious! Super flavorful and juicy! The rice is yummy too. My friends had the Texas fajitas and they raved about the flavor of the dish! Their meats were cooked beautifully and well seasoned. And the portion was huge! Hubby had the grilled steak burrito and it was similarly flavorful and fresh tasting. This had the feel of a neighborhood favorite! Highly recommend!

Several people recommended this restaurant a little tiny little store front in a shopping center. You miss it if you drive too fast. But I could tell by the numerous cars in the parking lot that they were there.walked in and was seated right away. Took a few minutes to get our order taken, but the girl was really busy with other tables. While we were sitting there, people just kept on coming in. It was lunch time so is expected. Chips and salsa were o k. Jalapeno poppers were good, but they gave no kind of sauce for dipping or plates. Wife’s quesdilla was burnt but manageable. My grilled chicken breasts came with no topping. Unless you wanted to pay extra most Mexican restaurants, put some kind of cheese on this particular dish so I ate it by itself. It was very dry.. We were never asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks. Folks that recommended this restaurant were surprised at how our service and food was. Next time, it could be better if we go back highly unlikely, though

Not only was the food, service and atmosphere wonderful the restaurant was also participating in a fundraiser for a local boy with cancer. Another great reason to eat there. Food portions are large so I got to enjoy it twice. They were very busy on the night we went but our server treated us like we were his only customer. Definitely will travel back from Jacksonville to eat here again

Might be the best Mexican I’ve had. Food is delicious, staff is friendly, service (to go) was fast. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend their Pollo Con Chipotle comes with flour tortillas and chips and salsa (not pictured). I was not crazy about their chorizo cheese dip, but that’s just me.

This has been my favorite restaurant since I was a child. When I worked at a local doctors office I frequented a couple of times a week and when we had luncheons at the office if it was my choice, guess where I picked? When I came in sometimes the would bring my drink without having to ask what I needed and told me they have my food getting ready. And the manager checked in often as well, and gave discounts for the frequent visits. I’ve now moved an hour away and can’t come as much, maybe once a month. I came in tonight and the manager still remembered the city I moved too. The food and customer service has always been great for me.
