We had 4 adults and 1 kid order. 1 chicken sandwich the rest were burgers. The chicken sandwich was the chicken classic. When we opened the sandwich we thought there was no chicken on it. There might as well not have been. The kids chicken nuggets were the size of the piece of chicken on the sandwich. It was so over cooked and dry you couldn’t even bite thru it. No one put that on a sandwich and thought it was acceptable.

Moved to the area 2 months ago, and I love coming to this BK. The lady’s are nice. They have a lil base in their voices, but they’re nice. And my food has ALWAYS been hot. This is the only Burger King, since moving to Florida, that gives me hot AND juicy nuggets.

Well let me say that I stopped in with a big order and for to separate the orders until it was time to pay and they got it done for me but amongst all the suffering around I overlook my own meal a.nd my ice cream cone. . Not realizing it untill I got home. . so a call back to the. Restaurant after a call and the people were the nicest people I’ve encountered here I Polk in such a long time . Love coming to this store #16648 as most the team is very nice. Especially Aimee she makes sure to get my order right and fix any issues I have as I have complicated orders. I want to give a big shoutout for a fantastic lunch on 10-10-25. My husband was greeted by a very nice and friendly lady picking up our food. We ordered 2 of the same meals, the Crispy Onion Whooper Meal. The burgers were fresh and really tasty. The fries were hot and fresh. I just want to say thank you to everyone for the great service and delicious food.

First of all I’m not your employee!!! Second of all the dark colored lady that talked to me the way she did that had on the black smock you need to learn customer service skills ma’am! I asked if someone could wait on me up front and you said I’m busy at the moment I’ll get to you when I can I’m waiting on tables and it’s saying so I’ll be with you shortly that’s all you had to say ma’am! Horrible! You can only order at the kiosk. You will wait forever for people at the kiosk that don’t know what they’re doing, and then wait again for the food. Our wait was very long! They brought out the order without the cups. When my husband went back up to get our cups and kids’ apple juices, they ignored us. I had to scream EXCUSE MEEEE at the counter for someone to turn around.
The food was awful and slapped together, rude staff, long waits. Never again. The worst $36 spent in a very long time. I would actually like my money back because this was robbery and a joke.

I usually go through the drive thru, but today I went inside. Either way, the workers are pretty fast. There’s a kiosk in the lobby so you can order on it, and an actual human will take your order I prefer an employee over a computer, since they have more options at their hands. Thank y’all ladies!!! Keep up the great work
