Been to Franco Manca a few times now, but this place will always be special to us — it’s where I met the love of my life on our second date. Two years later, we’re now engaged and came back to sit in the exact same window spot, people-watching just like we did back then. Honestly, it gave me every reminder of why I fell in love with her in the first place.
Food-wise, we ordered the meat special from the board — not quite as meaty as advertised, but still a really good pizza. We also tried the new No. 8 ragù pizza and that was lovely. Way too many good options to choose from, to be honest. Great overall vibes, relaxed atmosphere, and bonus points for spotless toilets. A place full of memories and still delivering on food and feel.

I’ve had the cinque formaggi pizza many times and i add pulled chicken usually, but this time it tasted genuinely so awful, as if the cheese used had gone off. the chicken was also scattered carelessly in big clumps across the pizza and honestly so disappointing i’m not ordering from here again. i’ve attached photos for comparison of previous times to this time. The first photo with the pizza that has a hole in it is the one i received today, and the other 2 are from other times. one from when i dined in and another time i had ordered. extremely disappointed since this was my favourite place before but now i actually threw half the pizza away its not worth eating.

After spending the day in Lincoln, we were looking for somewhere to eat & came across Franco’s. It wasn’t too busy & we were offered a table for 3 by the window to people watch…
The atmosphere was warm & authentic…
Service friendly & efficient…
The pizza’s were tasty & very filling…
Unfortunately we had to catch a train but next time will stay to try the homemade tiramisu…

We had a really bad experience on this so called “Restaurant”…my wife ordered an extra topping and they did not added it in, when questioned, they said they could add it, I would not recommend it, as God knows what they would add as “extra” ….
My pizza was really burnt on sides and underneath, I did my best to finish it, as I was extremely hungry, but my teeth were having pieces of coal in them….
Please be careful when you pay, as they add an extra service charge without letting you know, this should be illegal – I would not pay you for burning my pizza and messing up an order.
Also, the server did not know where to sit us down, and she argued with another server, both being confused. When they showed us the table, the table was still dirty from the previous customer. The server wiped down the table in front of us, apologised and left the table soaking wet with cleaning agent, covering it with the menus.
Worst experience ever!!! Would never go back there!

Went with someone who was gluten free and I also had a gluten free pizza out of curiosity and it was surprising how good it was.
I went for the Cinque Formaggi but added Italian prosciutto to it. Thoroughly enjoyed every bite, dipping my crusts into the hot honey and garlic dips.
Will be coming back for sure!

Been here a few times, but today went with my girlfriend and her family for a quiet late lunch. Our server, Crissy, was super friendly and honestly is one of the nicest servers I’ve had anywhere that I’ve been. I never leave reviews but she deserves some public praise! Genuinely funny and really polite. Food was great as always, and not too expensive for the quality. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes pizza.

A reasonable price for an exquisite taste pizza. We utterly enjoyed their highly authentic sourdough pizza. Expect an unhurried manner of service as they serve dough freshly-made pizzas. I recommend to dine inside to experience the smell of baking bread, tomato sauce and various herbs.

I have been for the first time at Franco Manca. Since my arrival I have been impressed by the hospitality of the crew. We tried different types of sourdough pizzas, and all of us have been impressed by the quality of the pizza. As a dessert we had Tiramisu and I can tell it s actually amazing, this is my opinion ( a person who lived more than 20 years in Italy) Definitely will come back

But honestly wow. The food was unbelievably made by the young chef. The taste was extraordinary. Ther service was truely something to remember. I was welcomed as soon as I opened the doors. I was treaded beautifully and the two managers on shift were extremely kind and helpful when picking the pizza I wanted. The food was delivered to my table very quickly and the taste was unbelievable. Thank you so much for having me I’ll definitely be coming again

Had an amazing experience at Lincoln Franco Manca! The food was absolutely spot on – huge credit to Liam in the kitchen, who clearly puts real care and skill into every pizza. Fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour.
The front of house team were just as fantastic. Hollie, Kelly, Ana, and Jomon were all incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. Service was quick, warm, and professional.
Brilliant food, brilliant team, and a great atmosphere – can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back!
