I don’t think I’ve ever written a good review for a McDonald’s in my life. But Anna who helped me is amazing! Super friendly, very attentive and accommodating all while keeping a smile while handling a busy situation. I just started work over here and I’m glad I stopped in to eat a quick breakfast. I will be back because the food actually looked and tasted good, and with service like Anna’s it sealed the deal.

⭐ 1 Star – Horrible Service & Missing Food
I had a really frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. I went through the drive-thru and they messed up my order, leaving out food that I paid for. On top of that, they didn’t give me a receipt, which already made the situation harder to deal with.
When I went inside to let them know I was missing items, the staff was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering them. I calmly explained what was missing, but instead of fixing it, they gave me attitude and never gave me the rest of my food.
So I basically paid for food I never received, got no receipt, and was treated disrespectfully the whole time.

Today when I came to pick up my order on the curbside using the mobile app, and after checking in, and waiting for over 15 minutes, I called to inform the store that I was still waiting and a very rude person named Samanta said that I needed to check in, I explained that I already did it, and she keep saying the same thing over and over, accusing me to try to still the order, I show my app to her where it’s says, thanks, we’ll bring your order to the spot number 5, I show her the confirmation email and my bank app with the charge.
45 minutes later, I got in and explained the whole situation to another manager, she gave me my order, please give some training to your employees.

Very rude service from younger tall Mexican guy in front and food typical of MacDonald’s. Now the cost of food is why I do not come here or recommend. It’s so hard to find a decent fast food meal for under five bucks anymore. Macdonalds is going down the wrong path again. The quality of meat has gone down as well the chicken steak burger patties I tried all were tough to chew and had small fragments of plastic or bones. I wouldn’t feed this to my dogs. I ask worker for extra and they put none, they can’t speak English or read not alone prepare an order correct.

I dont normally leave reviews but this place did me in this morning. I had to go back for a copy of my receipt that wasn’t given to me originally, and the manager Aitana (i hope i am spelling her name correctly) couldn’t manage to locate my receipt until I called the non emergency police and had them on speaker. Then the receipt magically appeared within seconds.

What a horrible McDonald’s. Waited 15 mins for food in the drive thru. Go park to check it, it’s all wrong, go inside have to wait another 10 mins in line. Just for them to grab the food right out of my hands, throw it in the trash, give no apology and tell me it will be ready soon…. What!

This sandwich cost 4 dollars. The patty was so thin it was crunchy, it had a piece of lettuce the size of a postage stamp, and the whole thing tasted like absolute garbage.

We where there at the drive thru at 10:56 ad ordered 3 happy meals and I was told I had to wait till 11… alright we waited but we got home and my nieces apple slices where open and they where slippery as if they where expired. We always have to either wait for something or they dont sell a certain item after a certain time even though the menu says “all day”
