This place is horrible!!!!! DO not I repeat do not go to this burger king.
Not to mention the whopper meat was thicker and juicier before. I know the economy is bad but dam you need to invest to get a return on your investment. To the business owner make unannounced visits so you can see how they are ruining your business.
The incident occurred when I pulled into the drive-thru. The store was open, and the weather was fine, but after waiting for five minutes without any acknowledgment, someone finally spoke through the headset, stating, “Due to short staffing, we are only accepting mobile orders.”
I asked if it was possible for me to download the app and place an order that way. However, I received no response for several minutes. Eventually, I was asked to pull up to the window. When I arrived, I was told the exact same thing: “Due to short staffing, we can only do mobile orders.” I found this confusing since the associate was able to speak to me both through the headset and at the window.
I repeated my question about whether I could download the app to place an order. To my shock, the associate responded, “You don’t have to be so rude about it.” I was completely caught off guard by this accusation, as I was simply trying to work with the situation and order food from your open establishment.
After that, I was asked to pull up again and was ignored entirely. This experience was not only unprofessional but also upsetting. It felt like the staff were unwilling to provide assistance, and the associate’s rude response was unacceptable.
I have always enjoyed Burger King in the past, but this incident has left me with no desire to return to this location. I will also be sharing this negative experience with others. I hope that appropriate action is taken to address the behavior of this staff member and to improve customer service at this location.
Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this has happened. It just finally got to the point a review was needed for upper management to start taking notice.
