Normally I stop here on my way to work in the mornings this is the second time I have discovered hair in my breakfast sandwich tried to resolve this issue with management but the phone is never answered. I will not be returning to the location. Are hair nets not a requirement ? If I could give zero stars I would ! This is disgusting to bite into a piece of hair

As usual and against my better judgment I tried this place again and as usual it’s a complete waste of money .the food is absolutely horrible. Its been left sitting out or old grease or just plan bad .
Now I will say it’s better than it was and the staff is a hair better but still just not worth it .the breakfast has improved a lot over the time they have been open but this place just has never been great .should be shut down and re trained and re staffed .

I don’t get by Hardee’s to much for breakfast but today was the day I did looking forward to a steak biscuit. Who ever is in charge of this place should be ashamed. I sure everyone that works there works hard for their money just like I do. But to serve old biscuits that crunch when you take a bite much less the cold two hour old piece of steak sucks. Would you spend your hard earned money of this and be happy I think not…

This might be the best Hardee’s I’ve ever been to and that is 100% because of the people who work there. Their breakfast is the *best* in my opinion, and it never disappoints. I went today after trying McDonald’s (didn’t have power) and Taco Bell (too lazy to make more when they had 45 minutes of “breakfast” time left) to get breakfast that my pregnant butt was craving. Because I went to these other two places first, I roll up 2 minutes before they’re supposed to stop breakfast. Not an issue at this location! They make you more. No complaints. It is fresh and delicious every time I go and then they *apologized* for my wait that was MY FAULT (completely unnecessary but kind none the less). After today, I’m never gonna bother trying to go anywhere else for breakfast in town. Hardee’s is the place to go!

The most miserable and rude people I have ever dealt with. Just buying a quick meal should not be so hard. One employee who is taking people’s orders is walking around upset because they’re short-handed. She feels that that entitles her to be rude to customers and to other employees. No communication behind the counter cannot get the orders right even though the orders come in on a digital board. This is not the first time that this has happened but it will be the last. I will not be coming back and I will make sure I encourage other people not to visit this location because things are too expensive to spend your money in a place with people like this. Mind you I was the only person in the Drive-Thru and there are four people inside the restaurant I’m honestly wondering how backed up and understand can you be with literally no crowd at 8:00 at night on a Friday. If you don’t like your job find another one.

I ordered three cheeseburger at lunch time and we couldn’t eat them. The meat was cold and hard. Maybe it was yesterday’s leftovers. The buns were hard. The cheese didn’t even melt. This was the nastiness burger I have ever tasted. Avoid this place if it’s possible. The lobby was very dirty and needs a good cleaning.

Not sure what happened but we did not get what we ordered. I ordered an Angus burger but got a 12.00 cheeseburger. Lol! My husbands Friscoe burger looked like a sandwich made from home. The only thing edible was the pie and drink. Sad!!
