Food too long to arrive waiter was not very nice to work with. I will not be coming back here for a while. Literally waited so long for what even is this? Pizza? Salad? Kitchen sink scraps? Worst service I’ve had here. Paid around $30 too and can say I will not be coming back.

Our hockey team recently visited Boston Pizza in Brandon, and we were very impressed. The service was outstanding from the moment we walked in—friendly, attentive, and quick. The staff made sure everything was perfect, checking in just the right amount and making us feel welcome.
The food was just as great as the service. Our meals came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this Boston Pizza for anyone looking for delicious food paired with excellent service. Our team always loves coming here for our pre-game meals!

We had a very nice dinner at the Branon north property with our family while visiting Brandon yesterday. The food was very good with big portions. The margarita/Corona “fishbowel” drinks were excellent. Our sever Dana was amazing. She was very kind, friendly and funny. Even the manager (a gentleman)helped with our (drink orders) as did another lady manager with clearing our table so we’d have more room ..they were also very friendly, engaging and really made us feel welcome and special.
My only “issue” was being charged over $6.00 for a second small container of sour cream and salsa to go with our larfe order of nachos which only came with one of each. To pay that amount for a few scoops of sour cream and salsa was really disappointing especially when our bills were well over $200! We could gave bought a full size container of sour cream and a jar of salsa for less than that! I realize profit margins for restaurants are slim but really?? In all our years of going to restaurants we have never been charged for something like that … just saying.
Thank you for a great meal, super service and a very nice time. Looking forward to our next visit but I doubt we will be ordering extra sour cream and salsa at those crazy prices lol.

Overall a good time. However I mentioned i was celiac and it appeared my dish was made well with out allergens, the manager however brought my meal out under a gluten containing dish, when I expressed that I did not like that my gluten free dish came out that way the manager gave me attitude. For future service a gluten free dish should be served first or last.

Food was delicious but the service was slow for getting drinks. The waitress ignored our table and had to be waived down asking for our drinks. It wasn’t even busy. There was 3 tables only with 6 guests eating. Thats why the low rating for speed of drinks and having to wave down staff.

Disappointed is an understatement.
I ordered the Philly cheesesteak dip sandwich and received a soggy bun with barely any meat and exactly one lonely pepper. It felt more like a sad appetizer than a main. To make things worse, the side from the second meal was missing entirely. When I called, they promised to send a replacement—but over an hour later, still nothing. No update, no food, no apology. At this point, I’ve spent more time waiting than I did eating.

Deigo was amazing. We arrived with 4 adults and 2 rambunctious kids. The service was excellent, the food was amazing. Thanks for the chocolate fudge birthday surprise.

Got takeout from this location. It’s a barbacoa bowl and was tiny. Costed me $23 and was still very hungry after. Filled out a survey that was emailed to me and the manager sent me an email asking what she could do. I replied and explained the issue but was never sent a reply back so I figured I may as well leave this review. Either make the portion bigger or adjust the price accordingly because this was pretty pathetic.

The last 3 pizzas we’ve ordered there were horrible. Garbage the left overs. Wasn’t sure if I was eating the pizza or the box, cause it was terrible. The last one today was pretty black too. Use to have decent food, but really gone down.

Boston Pizza can only make pizza good. The last 2 times I’ve gone I was so disappointed with the food. The ribs were like those store bought, pre cooked and pre sauced packaged ribs, wings were tiny and over cooked, we got cold fries and everything tastes microwaved. Service was okay, atmosphere is loud.
