My first time here i went through the drive through and gave 5 stars all across. This time we dined in and the experience was very different. My burger bun had sauce all over the top bun. The drinks were very watery (teas, juice, etc). My wife’s burger was cold. Mine was cold too but I didn’t care about that as much as my wife did. Many drink options were unavailable, and the ones available tasted flat and watery. They were also out of ketchup at the ketchup pump. We hope next time is a better experience, if there is a next time.

Went through the drive through and got 2 baked potatoes they were so dry it was like eating sand paper. I asked for runny cheese and the worker looked as though I asked him the secrets of the universe just confused and bamboozled. Definitely had better quality elsewhere. And also there was no bacon on my junior bacon cheeseburger burger!!!

On 5/17/24 I came by to pick up an order from grub hub and the doors were locked. It was around 2:28pm. The drive thru line don’t move no one is taking care of the customers in a timely manner. I don’t know what is going on.

Went and got dinner that was terrible. Burgers were so sloppy and fries were awful and burnt. Lady said they didn’t have time to change the greese. I don’t think I want to try Wendy’s again after that. I even had to ask for my debit card back.

Visitor of Wendy’s in Walkertown and Kernersville at 6:30 PM today. Neither restaurant had a baked potato. The people working in the Drive-through were rude. An attitude was unacceptable. The best thing for these two restaurants would be to close pathetic in this day and time.

I pretty much always expect the food at this location to be kind of room temperature, and I think that is every Wendy’s (after a certain time anyways)
Breakfast even is at times. What I will say is that my order was correct, I did a mobile. My sauces were in the bag, I honestly think they gave me a medium instead of small fry which I, hey, I’ll take it! Food was correct, she poured my drink at the window so it was fresh and I also had a frosty and it was fresh and not melted. So, I have up’d my previous 1 star to 4, for now…what I will say, the freshness of the food still needs improvement but at least I have a toaster oven for the fries…and luckily for me, regardless of where I tend to be a “re-heater” anyways. But yeah if I wanted to eat the food right then as soon as I got it, it would need to be microwaved, or toaster oven or something (if you wanted it crisp still for the nuggets and fries). If you know you aren’t going to be busy, don’t sandbag too much!

Has to be the slowest Wendy’s in Winston Salem on a Monday at 4PM. The drive through once your in your in there is no way out and they take forever! They leave the window open so you hear all the aggressive talking and the lemonade machine was down once I got to the speaker after I just waited a year to order!
