Corporate needs to do something. The wait at this place is insane. So many people were waiting for their order and got really desperate. The drinks they promote on the app are not at the store in person! So someone left without their sodas because there wasn’t any. 2 hour wait for one pizza. Been here twice but never again.

My hub ordered bread sticks, wings and pep pizza. They were only using 1 oven for all there orders and they were backed up. Our bread sticks were not done and looks like there were dipped in butter. Even the wings were cold! We are not at all happy with there service today dec.3,25!

This place… unbelievable. I’m ordered a Pizza at 430I received it 630. I had to wait an hour inside the store. Actually a little longer than an hour. It was unbelievably slow. The staff did not know what they were doing. The manager was completely incompetent. Not to mention how filthy dirty the store was filthy registers were even filthy dirty. The warming ovens were covered in dirty handprints and look as though they haven’t been wiped down in MONTHS never again WILL I ORDER AGAIN. I was not the only person going through this.The store was full of people. understand that I had a birthday party. I needed to deliver this food to and it caused the party to be delayed over an hour. The people were leaving early because their children had school. It ruined the party. If you can’t fill a simple order in a hour from the time it was ordered then you should say so. I would have ordered from elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY terrible location. I love the pizza from little Caesars, however everything about the visits the last 2 times I went were horrible. Not only did nobody acknowledge me for a good 20 minutes after walking in, but the cashier was very rude and snappy when I asked for a refund for waiting 1½hours to even order. The order i did place was wrong twice in the same visit, and there were at least 10 people in that tiny lobby waiting to be served or get their orders taken. I don’t recommend this location. There are 2 others nearby that are much nicer.

Avoid this place at all costs. Little Caesars on Lewis Avenue is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business, and I’m not exaggerating.
I placed my order around 2:30 pm. Six hours later it still wasn’t ready. DoorDash went through three different drivers, all of them gave up because the order never came out. I eventually had to go to the store myself, and that’s when I realized how bad this place really is.
There were around 25 people waiting inside while the staff was in the back laughing, joking, and acting like nothing was happening. No one was running the place, no one seemed in charge, and no one cared. This is clearly a management problem. Orders weren’t being called, organized, or explained. Customers kept asking what was going on and were either ignored or treated like they were the problem.
The store itself is nasty. Floors, doors, counters, equipment, everything looked dirty and neglected. It honestly felt unsanitary just standing there. The overall vibe of the place is that nobody gives a damn, and that attitude shows in every part of the operation.
The employees were rude and had an attitude when people asked about orders that were hours late. The location itself is rough, and sadly the poor service and lack of basic standards fit right in. It feels like this store has completely given up on even trying to provide decent service.
Things only started moving when tensions got high and it felt like a Brawl was about to break out. Only then did an employee finally start handing out orders, like they were doing everyone a favor.
This place is a complete mess. Bad management, rude staff, filthy conditions, and zero respect for customers’ time or money. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this location.

This location is overall completely disorganized and lacks even the bare minimum standard of customer service. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this store entirely, save your time, save your money, and spare yourself the headache.

Just about the worst pizza place in the area. Ordered online at 3:50pm in the middle of the week and was told the pizza was ready via the apps notifications within 15 mins of placing it. Had my husband go get in line to pick it up and he was STUCK for just over 1 hour and 30 minutes in a line of cars for two pizzas. He actually had to get out of the car and beg the people in front of him to move so he could leave. The poor lady in front said she had been there TWO HOURS waiting on her PAID pizzas! Thank the lord I picked pay at the store because the kids running that place were just standing around. Wasted gas and our time for nothing. I will never be back. We tried calling for over an hour and my husband said the kids just let the phone ring and ring. Not only that the “customer service” on the phone was no help either and just kept transferring me to the store. I told the rude customer service person to not transfer and call the district manager or something because I had someone there watching them legit ignore the phone! No help and no resolution. Pure BS.

Honestly, this place in particular used to be fast and easy. Your pizza would be ready within 10 minutes or less however, the quality is gone down and customer service within this location is extremely terrible. You’ll be waiting well over an hour for your food and sometimes they mess up the order, regardless, if you order through the app or not.(please do not go to this specific location)
(* To be quite honest, the other little Caesars areas within Waukegan and Zion IL are terrible as well. The quality of customer service and the food has gone down terribly worse overtime it’s not worth your time or money.)

The pizza is fire! However, the service and atmosphere make you not even want to be bothered with this place! It’s so disorganized! The staff is just there chillin making pizzas on their time and not taking into consideration their customers time. The register area is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! My family and I like the pizza, but I’m done with this location.

I order a pick a 4:25 and it says the order will be done around 4:45. When I got here the guy told me yeah we’re working on it had me wait 30mins just to tell me again yeah NOW we’re going to start your order. This place is trash, the workers don’t care and are on their phone. Need new employees immediately.
