VERY DISAPPOINTED. I recommend that we ALL QUIT accepting sub par service and sub par, so called food in exchange for our hard earned $. I placed this order b/c an elderly neighbor requested a McDonald’s milkshake. I added two quarter pounders to the order as I thought it would be nice to share lunch with her. The quarter pounders were inedible. The buns and meat were so tough that neither of us could eat it. She resorted to a knife and fork to saw through hers and left most of it. I was embarrassed to have provided her with this sub par meal. When you you go to McDonald’s you don’t expect fine dining, but at the least, you expect a standard hamburger. When I called for a refund, the management was polite and offered to replace the meal, or we could come back in , in person, for a refund. No thanks. I won’t be returning… not even for a refund.

Seriously. Someone orders a burger and fries, and nuggets, how in the world do you forget the fries. You’re McDonalds, fries??? If one can’t even check a bag to make sure the order is correct with three items, you should be cleaning toilets at this facility. Should we really have to hold the drive thru up to check a three item order? Come on, be better kid.

The people that work nights must not be able to read.Either that or they think it’s funny to play with someones food!!!! This has happened more then once…. We work hard for the money we spend at McDonald’s!!! If you don’t like your job quit!!

Arrived at 5:04 AM on November 19th. One guy was still putting his belt on, another was laughing, an older guy was filling cups, and a fourth was just staring into space. They opened at 5. I would’ve given them grace if someone had simply come to the window and said they were starting a little late. Instead, no communication at all even when they saw me the guy with the belt hid behind a wall. Not a good experience. I’m heading somewhere else.

Just another McDonald’s. Consistent food. Service at this location seemed a bit slow, however. I ordered though the app, and was told my meal was ready, but then had to wait for a bit, for no apparent reason.

Got two spicy mcchickens they were both so hard, thin and disgusting I just had to take the loss on the money and throw it away . Not to mention, had pink bits in the middle. The nuggets and fries are never fresh and crispy. Nuggets always seem old, fries are never hot or fully cooked, not enough salt. Always droopy or old. This is consistent with most locations now, feels like the entire chain is dying. I’m never going back until the food gets better.

If your uber eats order gets sent here. Cancel it. Not only will they not fulfill your order you placed over an hour before breakfast is even over. Then tell you they can’t cook some sausage because “it’s past breakfast” but the manager will be extremely rude and unprofessional.
