Rude to customers, avoiding of their literal duties as employees, as im typing this a customer is being screamed at for being either confused or having a simple misunderstanding. I sit in here multiple times and get nothing but quick glances and avoiding strides from the employees as if im a burden for wanting napkins or straws. And the food presentation isn’t even close to good enough for the disrespect they are offering as collateral. Over all experience is less than a one star in my opinion but im not sure. Maybe it’s just my experience(s). But im fed up with it. Especially with this being the only location near me.

This particular McDonalds has always served great food. They don’t slap food together. Everything is served neat and clean. The employees have always been nice and helpful. I’ve eaten in the dining room and it is always clean. Even deliveries are packed with care.

I ordered the snackwrap meal and waited at the window to pay while the employees were huddled together talking and looking at me. Then they came over and said itd be a while for the chicken strips and asked if I still wanted the meal. I said yes and they had me pull forward to wait for then. When they brought them out and they were completely raw. They did refund the cost of the wraps which is why I gave it 2 stars. But terrible experience all around.

I pulled in the drive through and ordered a 20 pack of nuggets. They asked if I wanted sauce. I said “uh, maybe a couple of each?” And when I got my receipt, I noticed they charged me 50 cents per sauce and gave me 12 sauces. I was very shocked to have spent $6 in sauces unknowingly. If I was the employee taking my order, I would have mentioned that it would have been an extra charge per sauce packet. I figured I would get some ketchup and a couple other flavors, complimentary with the nuggets, because I usually don’t order McDonald’s. I’m very upset.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Worst “fast” food restaurant I ever had the displeasure of going to and not an exaggeration. Every time I have tried this location to give the benefit of the doubt, I am always reminded why to never come back. Takes too long for food, consistently takes orders wrong, or does not complete to order. Had to go inside this morning because part of my order was missing only to stand at the counter for 10 minutes after three people made eye contact with myself but ignored me before someone decided to help me and the 3 other people behind me.

Pretty disgusted, I just ordered two iced coffees and both of the lids had a dead nat smashed to the lid. I am not sure if I even may have drank one. Do better seriously, your staff can’t see dead bugs on your lids. That’s beyond disgusting and also a health violation.

There is no way in hell I paid nearly $6 for a sundae and clearly stated a “medium” but instead the smallest container I’ve ever seen. I’ve gone here before and asked for a medium and have gotten a container larger than the one I got tonight

Watched someone get served a burger without the patty while waiting, and my doordash order I was waiting to pick up took 15 minutes longer than expected when there was NO line. Really bad service
