Food is great. A bad sign is their bathroom. It’s so greasy my feet slid all over the floor trying to use the toilet. That’s just nasty. A dirty bathroom is a sign the facility isn’t being kept clean.

Not sure if this is something that is added automatically on our bill or not so please educate me. I did not authorize a tip and I was charged for it. I was told an amount to pay for my burgers and when I got home I see I got charged a different amount because I paid for a tip.No one even mentioned it to me. All you guys had to do was ask smh.. I hope customers start checking their receipt before they leave the restaurant.

Nadia M and the women working tonight’s shift should be fired. Extremely disrespectful. They also made sure 4-5 customers behind us got their food before us. Icing on the cake: they only gave us 4 of the 5 burgers we ordered.
I wouldn’t go as far as to say they did it on purpose, but the way they were acting, I wouldn’t put it past them either. First time this has ever happened since I’ve been coming here. Food is great, service is terrible.

I’ve been a long time supporter of five guys. Haven’t been here in quite a while since before the 2020 shut down. Came to the Menifee location today and was a bit disappointed. What a mess! The floor was gross every table was dirty, even the chairs were filthy. I had to ask to get someone to wipe everything down. We had to stand around and wait but they did send someone out and he’s cleaning everything.
We are enjoying the Coke with orange vanilla mix and the burgers are definitely always amazing. They cut back on the amount of fries though.
Prices have really gone up though! Almost $30 for just two of us to eat.

Havent been here in a while. Many people commenting on price. If you didn’t like the price on the menu, don’t order it! Why give a bad review based on inflation. Did the numbers taste bad?
Now, there is a price vs quality in my opinion… quality of food is great, everything tasted great! Better than in-and-out.
I have a tip for people ordering. I hesitate going to 5 guys because the burgers can be very messy when adding everything you want on it. Ask for extra toasted bun and also ask to have all the produce on the side so you can stack it yourself. I successfully ate a tripple-patty with no mess. Usually I can’t eat the burger without everything falling out the bottom. Use the foil to wrap underneath also.
The patties had a nice crisp on the edges. Super juicy. Making me wanna go back writting the review.

The last time I came to a five guys was pre-covid… so I came expecting something great and was handed something else.
I ordered two little cheese burgers, one large fry, as well as two large drinks and a hot dog. I paid almost 40 dollars! I was flabbergasted!!!
My burgers tasted good, but the patty was so small and thin. It has that backyard bbq taste which I love, but my burger was so small- not worth the 6 dollar price tag at all.
The fries tasted good, but I was so dissapointed in the portion size. I paid almost 7 dollars for a “large” fry and I only got what seems to be a handful of fries. I think the large fry at McDonald’s is bigger. I remember five guys used to load the bag with fries, I guess not anymore.
The hot dog was OK. All beef frank, which I love, but the hot dog overall was so small. I could have bought a whole pack of wieners and buns and had a hot dog feast at home for less than what I’ve paid for that single hot dog at five guys.
I would never come here again. I’ve paid less for a burger meal at Disneyland. I hate to leave reviews like this, but I feel it is my duty to let the people know.

Not a friendly place to eat , seem like the workers or owner were like against Mexicans we walked in and they looked at us like a face like what we do8ng and we sat down and seen when all the other ppl walked in they welcome them saying welcome idk rude they are !!
