Stopped by the Starbucks inside Target on U.S. 90 in Pensacola today and had such a great experience.
We ordered a milk and a toasted coconut cold brew with ube foam (which was SO good, by the way), and Kyler took care of us. He was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely attentive. You can tell when someone takes pride in what they’re doing — and he absolutely does. The service was seamless from start to finish.
I was there for a meeting, and as I was wrapping up to leave, his coworker Logan stepped in and was just as helpful. He made sure Kyler would know we were leaving a great review, which I appreciated. That kind of teamwork says a lot about a location.
Five stars all the way. Hats off to this Starbucks team — excellent drinks, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.

I took my 3 granddaughters for drinks and snacks here, not what I normally would do. The bill was $49, I don’t mind paying for what we got, but they had no whipped cream for the drinks. Unacceptable & inexcusable, especially since you’re in a Target store that sells it. A premium price for a premium product, we didn’t get that.

Terrible Customer Service! As someone who works in customer service I know how it can be, but every time I come to this location the short blonde girl is always so rude, I stood waiting to get acknowledged while she just talked with another employee. It wasn’t anything work related, just talking. She always has an attitude and terrible customer service and very unhelpful.

Today August 12, I came through the drive-through and a lime green charger and when I pulled up to the menu at first, I was kind of nervous because I noticed y’all have a new menu since the last time I’ve been there, but I would like to say the Lady Gabby and Michaela Are exceptional and our phenomenal workers. They suggested the raspberry cold foam on my iced white chocolate mocha top-tier and then I asked if they’ve tried the jalapeño chicken pocket and she said that they have and it was really good so I got it to try and the lady at the window I wanna say her name was Michaela as well. She suggested me putting the jalapeño lime packet sauce on it. That lady is top-tier as well because that was some of the best stuff I’ve had in a while.

Did not even acknowledge I was there, the three girls just chatted with each other behind the counter while a line formed for 5 minutes. When one of the girls finally came to the counter she said nothing and smiled. As I started to give my order the other girl called her. Now we are approaching ten minutes and she finally walks back to take my order. I get what I ordered in like 2 secs but the coffee was so awful. I am not sure how they made it, I literally just threw it in the garbage at the counter. Never going back here

I love coming to get my favorite drink because no other Starbucks is ever in stock. To realize that your hours say 9pm and your closing early EVERY NIGHT. They are supposed to close at 9pm. Not 8pm. I can’t even believe this and will no longer bring my service to this place
