Yesterday, 5/27/25, around 10:00 am I pulled into the drive-thru and had to wait 10 minutes just to order. The guy in front of me only ordered 1 thing. Then I had to wait another 5 minutes to get my coffee. Once the young lady got to the window, she was about to give me the wrong drink. I had to wait another 5 minutes to get the right one. Once I received it, the top of my coffee cup was dirty. I didn’t order anything green but there were green stains on the top of my cup. I waited so long that I didn’t have time to make a big fuss about it. I just drove off.

THIS LOCATION IS THE BEST bc of the workers!!!!! Especially Sean, MARK, and nyaira they bring their A game every day early as hell and a PACKED drive through. If they happen to be up for a performance review I think they all are extremely deserving of a raise. Your company is lucky to have them and so are we!

Tried to mobile order and it was down. Not end of the world so I had to drive and go in ok I had one cold brew left to finish a challenge. I park it’s 8am also opening so a bit hectic still cool. Then I’m told we are out of cold brew but we can give you ice coffee instead. Since I could not pre order wouldn’t know that! I ask can I pay for cold brew as I need to finish my challenge and they make something else?! I was told it was not allowed and literally said I can’t legally that? We now have laws at Starbucks. I was a Starbucks fanatic forever. Original black card holder however every time I turn around I see the decline and devaluation of customers and program. I was given a business card for the manager with an email only. I didn’t write since whimpy and truly just lame. I had to drive to hockessin because they didn’t turn on mobile since two people only working however i drove to kirkwood hgwy and with app down I had no way to know if they were out. I guess according to them I was breaking the law by asking after wasting my time to help me. Thisnoccures Sunday 7/27/25 and I was trying not to be quote a Karen but today I ordered at another Starbucks by mobile to have store closed after taking $17 and not providing ANYRHING! From now forward I want to hold Starbucks more accountable. It’s overpriced and the service has declined! I wish I had been able to call and voice my concerns with this store however they don’t allow for that so this review was necessary

Terrible service. They start preparing drinks and leave them in the blender while they make more, and the drink they already made gets watered down because you’re waiting for your entire order. The girl is chatting away and forgets she has more drinks to deliver. They give you your order in fits and starts while the drinks are melting. The service was awful.

This location has done a complete 360! Use to be an awesome store but not so much anymore. There are still some great batista that are going above and beyond at this location. The last couple months it’s been downhill. Drinks are never right wait times are forever. Waiting 30 mins for a drinks in an empty store. Getting drinks that r half filled or taste horrible. Today they were out of lids for the venti and grande cups so they offered me 2 smalls, fine no big deal well both smalls were only filled halfway. Last week ordered a venti and it was only half filled. Rip off! I’m sorry but the drinks r way to expensive to get a cup that is half filled!

The gentleman working around 1:15pm, Wednesday 8/28/24 was the SWEETEST soul i’ve ever met. Gave the best customer service and the drink was PHENOMENAL. presentation was spectacular as well. best customer service i’ve seen at a starbucks!
