He foods decent, but for a place that’s always crowded the service is kinda lacking, I guess the owners are really cheep too, because you have to wait upwards of 5-10 minutes to even ask for napkins or salt/pepper,
The menu is broke, there’s not ketchup, you have to interrupt people to ask for your cup, since they don’t have “in person ordering” only by machine.
The place gives off *Krusty Krab* vibes and don’t give me that *no one wants to work bs either*.
For a meal that’s costs $11 I expect more

This is the second night in a row that I’ve effectively been rejected from this McDonald’s trive thru. Yesterday I was told that they were short-staffed and it would be around 30 minutes to get anything I order. Fine, people call in and stuff happens. Today, I pulled up with 2 cars currently waiting after ordering. I waited 2 minutes at the drive-thru speaker without being addressed. After I yelled “hello”, I was met with a woman saying that they had just received 6 door dash orders and it would be 30 minutes for anything I order. I just wanted a spicy McChicken. I don’t plan on coming back here, I’ll just drive down to the McDonald’s on 146. They’ve been good for years

Horribly trained staff all around. They do not know how to work efficiently. They continuously just park people and then wait until they have multiple orders to take out before taking any out. Half the time the food is cold. All they care about doing is the DoorDash type orders. It’s proven anytime you go in. They get those out the door constantly meanwhile you’re either inside waiting or outside parked & waiting for your order that was placed before the doordash orders even show up. I’ve witnessed them multiple times stacking in person customer orders up & working on the doordash orders. I honestly hate going to this horribly ran location.

Placed an order for dine in. Entered the table number and it told me to sit down and wait for my food. No receipt. They never served me. They just left the order at the front counter after shouting some order number but not the table number I entered. If you aren’t going to do dine in service then don’t make it an option. No one even bothered to look for me. I couldn’t see the counter from my seat to even know it was there. I was expecting it to be brought to me like it said and like other McDonald’s do.

Tonight at 7:20pm, I waited 10 minutes at the menu screen without anyone taking my order, while the other drive-through lane was operating smoothly. I drove to the first window to try placing my order. A person who seemed to be the manager (female) and a man with long blue-green braids glanced at me, then looked away and laughed. A young woman with a headset stood at the register, looking frustrated. Despite saying “hello” multiple times, I was ignored and eventually drove off. This was extremely poor customer service. I saw other vehicles leaving too. I doubt I’ll hear anything other than the usual “call us to resolve this” response. I won’t spend another dollar at this McDonald’s and will advise others to avoid it as well.

Man, this will be a lengthy review. I live close by this mcdonalds. I have 2 boys so we frequent this establishment. They are so hit and miss. When I say that, I’m referring to the drive thru, food quantity, attitudes of employees, wait time. The whole nine yards. They do have a few very good drive through attendants taking the orders, they are very fast and efficient and get the orders correct 99% of the time. Almost everytime when u pull up to get your food, they ask you to pull up, or park in one of the numbered spaces. They do it wether there is 9 cars behind you or none. Very rarely is your food ever ready or almost ready at the second window. I do understand the reasoning if your busy but when there isn’t anyone else in the drive thru?
They want to charge you for extra sauces, which is fine, we don’t mind paying for 2 extra sauces. But they won’t even put the ones in there that came with the meals. So everytime we have to check. If we ask them to make sure they put them in there before handing us the food, they get a certain attitude like your troubling them. No you want to make me pay for em that’s fine, but you make sure they are in there when u put the order together because now it is on the screen along with the rest of the order. Now I know this is fast food and people make mistakes. Folks shouldn’t expect perfect service or food , but when we frequent there and the exact same mistakes or attitudes are there repeatedly, it can get frustrating.
The last 2 times we have gone, the French fries weren’t even half full of frys in the containers literally. And I took pictures of it and showed them. Like I said they are hit and miss. There again on a day or 2 we go, everything is fine and food is hot as can be. The inside is very nice and for the most part very clean.
The play area is nice for kids to be able to play like the good old days when most all mcdonalds had one. I do think people should keep a better eye on kids or what have ya. Sometimes there are kids way to big to be in there with the little ones. But I wouldn’t base you picking this mcdonalds off their playground area by no means. The Food is McDonald’s fast food and it taste like every other mcdonalds, overall it’s a very nice mcdonalds and the Staff is mostly nice and have good attitudes. I just love paying extra for add ons , waiting at 2nd window to NOT get my add ons (lettuce and tomatoes) that i paid and waited for….they do this everytime! One or the other or both! No tomatoes this time… lovely.
1/10: $2 for bacon yet no bacon and already home. Fantastic.

This is one of the worst McDonalds i have ever been to. Today was my last. I have NEVER ordered from here and it came out correctly. Almost everytime i put in a mobile order, i wait more than 30 minutes for my food, which they lose my order everytime, and , then it comes out incorrect. I have literally been in the drive thru at the last window, and was forgotten about, i had to call them, and they had no idea i was even down there. Then they wanna have an attitude as if it is your fault they dont know how to read. Not once have i ever been here, and things went smoothly, and my order was correct. Not once. I will forever drive around this location in the future.

Don’t bother ordering anything online. I have gotten here at 7 pm and its 7:48 and still waiting. Yet people who barley showed up at the drive thru gotten their good before me?? It makes no sense and not thr first time it happened. Mind you this is just for 3 cheeseburgers. Last time it was just a med. Fries.
