Waited in line 5 min before they came on the speaker. In that time, two other cars drove off. Ordered a large chili with cheese and onion. Get to the window. Three kids standing around with the drive thru girl. Another 3 plus min of waiting, and this is what they handed me. I have not taken any bites yet.

The Wendy’s on 44 stopped giving a senior discount 2 months ago. The Wendy’s on 9 still gives a senior discount, go to that one. I am not affiliated with either Wendys, my dad is a senior and goes there alot.

I was not greeted and was not told my total. Just a grown man with long red nails hand dangling out the window. I was told to pull forward and then my food was brought out, salad upside down . Now, I get to go home and explain why a grown man is wearing red nails to my 6 yr old that had the questions! I won’t be back any time soon!

This Wendys is by far the best fast food place we have in Shelbyville! I was able to feed my family of 6 for under $40 including frostys for everyone and I cant do that anywhere else. I ordered online and had it delivered last night and it was a big order. They didnt forget a single thing , including napkins, straws, spoons, salt, ketchup. The food was neatly organized in the bags, everything was hot and all the food was made as we requested it. I am so impressed with their service because I dont receive that service from anywhere else especially on delivery orders. I order from everywhere and its obvious most dont care and bother to check your order or include all the food because I am always missing items, like every single time but you can tell the employees at this Wendys are hard workers, care about their customers, and the service they provide and they do it consistently. This crew deserves a raise because no one else is putting in the work like these guys. They get it right everytime! Thank you Wendys crew! Your hard work does not go unnoticed. Shoutout to the closing shift on Friday June 6th for the 10pm delivery order. You are appreciated!!

Went through dive thru and had to repeat my order twice before three guy on DT had it accurately entered, which i could not see due to the screen being messed up. Went to the window and had to ask for a drink holder and other items because he did not hear me the first time. I figure it is because he and atleast 3 others, including the manager, had ear buds in. Got home and there were several inaccuracies in the food but nothing life changing. Again something that could be fixed with proper hearing and communication and working equipment.

My food is cold by the time you get done weighing it on a scale that never works!
The scales are absolutely destroying my appetite and time I have to eat!
So please throw the damn scales in the trash! Your customers want to eat when it’s done.
Go weight your orders somewhere else.
The idea was good, but it’s not effective!
