I visit this McDonald’s pretty regularly since it’s close to home and I’ve always liked McDonalds. Well this past Monday, I was on my way to work with my friend, and I had ordered two McDoubles, a Medium Coke, and a Double QP w/cheese plain.
We waited on Monday for nearly 20 minutes in the penalty box only to be served the wrong order entirely. We work at Honda so we aren’t allowed to be late to work for any reason. So I kindly explained to the manager on duty that we received the wrong order, handed back the food, and asked to be recompensed the following day.
So yesterday, went back through to get the food we had not received yet on our way to work again. So we get pulled up to the penalty box again, only to receive the wrong order, AGAIN (got an apple pie and a medium fry instead of what we were supposed to get). So I waved down the drive thru attendant and asked again for my order to be corrected in a respectful manner.
Should have checked it again before leaving, but it looked right so we took off. Well this time they got th two McDoubles correct, but the big sandwich was still wrong (supposed to be DQP with cheese, received SQP all the way). Also the drink was supposed to be a coke and received a Dr Pepper instead.
Needless to say I’m very disappointed and upset with the service and want the situation rectified as I still have not received the right order and my buddy threw his sandwich away so I can’t even prove anything to them at this point.
Won’t be going back there for a while otherwise.

Only complaint is it’s too far for me to drive to so I only stop when I’m in the area but the service here is great, the food is always hot. Unlike the 2 by my house. Maybe they should send the manager over to retrain 12th st and rainbow Dr.

We love McDonald’s in Southside the whole morning crew is amazing so fast friendly and we just love them all but to name a few…Jess, Skyler,Jenn and the guy at the register don’t know his name but they r amazing!! I placed a mobile order and I put my deal code in and somehow I had the items in the deal added twice and I had accidentally paid for it before arriving. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me by refunding what I had accidentally paid for. I would recommend this location for sure.

I don’t know who our cashier was. He was the really small man, but I was having a rough day and I walked in to get a biscuit and when I came inside, he immediately greeted me with a genuine smile on his face. He was probably the nicest cashier I’ve ever spoken to. This guy deserves it all.

This place serves good quality breakfast and lunch sandwiches with fries. Their appearance from inside is quite clean somewhat most of the time. I heard rumors that a few years ago this location was not pleasant as it is now, whoever had the money to redo this place had a good idea. If anybody wanted breakfast during the morning, it’s possible that it wouldn’t be so packed as Jacks is across the street

We live here in Southside and we get breakfast alot, never been disappointed. We go through drive thru a lot just for coffee and sweet tea!! Being senior citizens they are always kind and helpful. Great Job!!

Absolutely no reason it should take 30 minutes for two happy meals with chicken nuggets and a 10 piece on a Thursday night . No reason the staff should pull me up, not once , not twice but three times cause they are more worried about drive thru times then getting food out and wasted 30 minutes for the order to be wrong .
