Horrible service and the food is disgusting. Please review this location for quality control. The glaze on donut was off and the coffee tasted like machine oil. This is always a problem location and people don’t even know how to make items on the menu. Stay away. The staff fights amongst themselves. No hygiene. Edit: just drained the cup after one sip. The milk was spoiled. You people are insane and they don’t give a receipt. I will be complaining to corporate now. I have thrown away food 3 times here.
Update. I have already submitted a complaint. I think a refund for all the thrown meals should be issued to people.

Had an amazing experience. Burt was incredible and while our order caused a lot of confusion he was attentive, calm and made sure we received the best service possible. He’s an absolute gem and we appreciate his great customer service.

DO NOT VISIT. RUDE SERVICE AND HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS. This was my last time going here. Every single time I come it is a disappointment. On the morning shift there is an older woman who works the drive thru, heavier set about mid 50s. She is the most rude and miserable fast food employee I’ve came across and her terrible service ruins every single encounter. She is rude, short, unprofessional. Service is painfully slow even if you’re the only one there. AND they are ridiculously unsanitary! She used her bare hands to prepare my food, with these insanely long nails that is a known textbook health code violation. Long nails allow more bacteria to colonize which is why you cannot handle food with them- let alone BARE handed. Absolutely terrible service. She deserves to be fired and this place should be restarted it’s a horrible experience 100% of the time.

The workers I met at the counter are nice and hardworking. However there is a laminated sign at the cash register asking for patience. Though there was no line, I waited five minutes to place my order, then got coffee and a muffin from a gentleman who was working the drive-through line and had to cross-cover. There are only two people working there. Sense is that management is subsisting on minimum staffing levels to maximize profit at the cost of marginal service and maximum stress on the staff. The dining area is nice, chill, modern music playing at unobtrusive sound level. To sum it up: It doesn’t resemble any other Tim Horton’s I’ve been to in southeast Michigan or Windsor Ontario.

The man preparing my order, wiped his nostril with his thumb and proceeded to open my bag to put my donut in the bag. I immediately tossed it in the trash! The female cashier was distracted and did not give us a receipt.
