Today was my first visit. The inside is very clean, open, and airy. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I had a cheeseburger and it was perfectly cooked. Their meat is farm to table. Its so tender. They have an amazing homeade applesauce. The chocolate cake was delicious! It was moist and spongy. I will be going back. Their prices are really fair in my opinion. Great place!!

This place is great! Great food, good service and good prices. My husband and I are anti seed oil fanatics! They are mostly seed oil free here! They fry their foods in tallow. This is our second time here and we love it! They have locally raised meat too! The pictures below are what we had a week ago. We will continue to come back! We are very impressed with this place! It’s a hidden gem!

Excellent food and sat by the bar (restaurant had a long wait) really wanted short ribs but they were sold out so I went for the strip – it was delicious!

Went out for a family dinner, my wife and I ordered the St. Louis BBQ Ribs, Mac & Cheese, Smoked Brisket & Skins, Pub Burger, and a seasonal Butterbeer drink. The Butterbeer was sweet and had fresh cream on top, trying to mix it together would make it overflow, so you mostly got the flavors of alcohol, we certainly didn’t mind. The Smoked Brisket & Skins were good, I wished they had a bit better ratio of potato to toppings but would definitely order them again. My mother-in-law ordered the French Onion Soup, which her and my wife agreed it was fantastic and definitely worth getting again if they returned. The St. Louis BBQ Ribs were cooked well, fell right off the bone tender, but the dipping sauce left something to be desired, we ended up taking them home and doctoring them a bit with homemade sauce and they were much more to our tastes then. That said the Mac & Cheese was good, a nice cheese flavor and a welcome change with noodle shape, it held the cheese well so each bite had a nice coating on them. The Pub Burger was by far the best of what we ordered just because it was a good, unoffensive burger. It had plenty of flavor and thick crispy bacon. Overall it was a good experience but the drive and price makes it that we won’t stop back again unless we were in the area.

This place is awesome we have had carryout here before as it is a halfway point between home and work but Saturday night for the first time we went to dine in and what we thought was awesome carry out. Was blown out the water by being at the restaurant eating fresh from the kitchen. We have had the brisket Mac, brisket potatoe skins, buttermilk fried chicken and the meatloaf dinner all were fantastic! But have the soup fresh a fillet and catch of the day special blackened salmon we will be returning for more dine in and carry out! This place was great atmosphere service food and staff was great! Scratch fresh kitchen I cannot say enough on the quality of the meals. Fast service and everything was cooked spot on to request.

Smack dab in the middle of no-mans land, but not too far from some-mans land in many directions, sits this not-quite-diamond in the rough.
A few tweaks off from perfection, this restaurant offers top-quality ingredients and a good, tight variety of foods.
We loved their fries best. Their fried pickles have undertones of spice that are quite good. The batter for them was a little too thick for this authors preference.
If you like smoky BBQ sauces, you’ll love their brisket (I do not, & did not), and their pub burger was great, if not a little underseasoned.
The quality of their products alone, and the cost of it was reasonable. And we’ll likely return to try another meal.

We heard about this place by some friends, and will likely tell some other friends to check it out, as well

I can’t believe I just found out about this place!

Amazing food, best pure beef I’ve ever had and don’t get me started about the delicious chocolate cake.

Can’t wait to go back. We are now officially regulars.

Service was a little slow and honestly, not too friendly. Also, I asked the bartender about getting 8 shots for our table, he had to look up recipe, which was fine, he was busy at moment so I said I’d wait at table, I never heard from him. It was busy but not packed or a wait. Will still go back, food was great!!

Fantastic farm to table food, exquisitely prepared with attention to detail. I had the filet and my husband had the ribeye. Both dishes were cooked perfectly. The Mac and cheese was fantastic too! The manager, Fern, was very friendly and checked in on our table. Our server was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!
