The drive thru AI got my order wrong and the clerk could not correct my order. The manager tried to get me to retell my order but at that point it had been 10 min and had to leave to get to an appointment and couldn’t wait anymore. So drove off. The quality here had been really good and consistent otherwise but may be last time ordering here.

Today was my first time visiting this Wendy’s and I was impressed. Nice, fast, and professional service. Special shout to Ms. Martha. The drive thru crew rocks! The Parmesan Cesar grilled chicken salad was on point along with grilled chicken sandwich combo. It to was very delicious delicious. My order and food was prepared correctly and so were the fresh and golden fries. Nice landscaping. Decent prices. Parking spaces surround the restaurant.

I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for years and never had an issue. In the time since Wendy’s installed an automated ordering system I have not had an order that wasn’t screwed up. The staff seem to try their best to deal with it and fix issues but it is not working. I will not be returning to this Wendy’s location or any other Wendy’s l any time soon.

We’ve been coming here for years. This location recently added AI ordering to the drive thru and I can’t express how disappointed I am. The AI was constantly interrupting us during the order which was unpleasant and made us nervous about the order being correct (thankfully, it was fine). It was nicer when we could talk to a real worker before this.. I’m hesitant to come back through the drive thru due to the AI ordering system and will probably be coming inside to do orders from now on. Hoping that the AI is just an experiment and they’ll move on from it soon, there are other places to get fast food on N High St if not.

The Dave’s Double at this location was EXTREMELY salty, I had to throw it away after 2 bites. I have Wendy’s Dave’s Double almost every other day. This joint had the worst. The drive through server looked at me with a face that he was about to pull a prank… very bad experience!

I ordered a Jr. bacon biggie bag and a 4pc kids meal. The lady at the window had an attitude bc my phone would not load for me to use my card for like 10 seconds and when she asked if I wanted a drink carrier I said no but give me one second my phone won’t load. She closed the window as I was explaining that to her then when she reopened it to take my payment she said “so would you like a drink carrier or not” with an attitude. She then proceeds to SHOVE the bags of food into my hand. Old and bitter. No one told her to apply or interview or even accept the offer for the job. Quite frankly she’s too old to have such poor customer service. On another note all the food was good except my Jr bacon m. It had lettuce with black spots in it all withered. The bacon and burger were NOT thoroughly cooked or even cooked all the way. I threw out the entire burger. The attitude met with the poor food quality. No thanks I won’t be back. ↔️

This store and its employees look and give a real dirty vibe from the minute. You pull into the parking lot. Also, the employees were trying to scam me by charging large frosty for price for the small Frosty’s that I ordered. On top of that I think their credit cards scanner had a skimmer on it. Probably the manager stealing peoples credit card numbers anyway I would avoid this store at all cost. you’ll probably get sick if you eat the food from here

Came here to get breakfast and have been waiting for 30 minutes to get my breakfast, the employees have never said anything to me while waiting, even after 10:30 which when they stop serving breakfast. They still never said anything to be, and they kept looking at me, and I saw one dude laying on the counter.

Lady working the drive thru window got rude with me saying “ Go” all I was doing was putting my wallet in my pocket… avoid this location…. This happened today about 5 mins ago… she got smart with me before that and all I asked for was extra packs of sweetener in a kind voice… smh
