I placed a pick up order today and once I got home I noticed it was made wrong everything was a sloppy mess and undercooked, called Larosa’s they put in a remake and once I went to pick up the new pizza I was told that the pizza was made wrong once again and they had already started remaking it. The guy handed me the new pizza and immediately walked away so when I checked the box to see an even worse pizza than the one I received in the first place. I told them and they just offered another remake I told them I don’t need it and would just take a refund. I don’t understand how you mess up a 2 topping pizza three times. Experience was so bad we’re eating the left over Jack in the Box from 3 am. 0/10 dont recommend this location

Went here on a Sunday afternoon three weeks ago. It was not busy and hardly anyone in the dining area. It was three adults and five kids- we were told it would be a 10 minute wait to seat all of us so we waited. It wasn’t long that another family came in – a much larger group and was sat down ahead of us. So I asked if it would be much longer. Was told they’re cleaning a booth for us so we waited. More people came- in more people sat down. So now the kids are noticing it too. I asked politely if we could sit at the big empty booth towards the back this time two women kept talking at the counter so I just assumed they didn’t hear me and walked up to them to ask and they both kept talking as if I wasn’t there. My brother suggested we just leave at this point since we’ve already been sitting there a total of 40 minutes and people kept coming in and being seated ahead of us. Very disappointed but not surprised. We will never come back here again.

Went here one night and our server only came to our table to take our order, give our drinks, and give our check. Did not offer refills, did not come to check on us at all. But acknowledged every table around us and checked on them. Kitchen staff were talking and standing around. Our food took 25-30 minutes to come to our table and it wasn’t busy. They didn’t even prepare the order right, put tomatoes on a hoagie when specifically asked for no tomatoes or onions. Chicken hoagie was mostly brewed and fries were mostly burnt looking. Could not get anyone’s attention to send any of it back to remake. Do not go here.

I have always enjoyed LaRosa’s and will continue to go there occasionally. The pizza is very good with flavorful sauce and the ability to add a multitude of toppings. There was not an abundance of customers when I arrived, yet I waited a good number of minutes before getting up to ask if someone were going to wait on me. The manager told me the waitress was busy with another party (there was a party of four)and waited on me himself. My food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, so I was not unhappy about that. The restaurant was clean and appeared to be well kept.

Order #234. How about i place specific request for the driver to NOT put my food on the ground, simple request right. This guy runs to my door, knocks and basically flops my food on the ground as he runs back in his car! And he had on shorts! Its 12 degrees outside! I open the door and hes like waving at me…. never again

I ordered a 20.oz soda with my meal. The delivery driver thought I meant to order a 2 liter, due to the amount of food ordered. (True) he delivered both sizes to me at no additional charge. I LOVE A BUSINESS THAT STILL PROVIDES EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU!

I love LaRosas, but I just had the worst experience tonight, called in an order, they said 15 minutes. Went to the drive thru 20 minutes later, they took my money. Made me wait in the parking lot another 15 min. I drove back to the drive thru, come to find out they lost my order…. for some reason took my money but didnt say anything about it. Drive thru employee was rude, manager came out. Drive thru rude employee needs to be fired!!!!! Thank goodness the manager was somewhat nice.

Do not order from these people. They do not deliver to your hotel room. That is ridiculous because if I was in an apartment building you would deliver there. They said it’s safety. There’s cameras everywhere what safety. I have never seen a lazyer group than this larosa’s. This is the only one that I know that doesn’t deliver to the room and I travel everywhere. Food was the time I got down to the room because I had to put up roll on to go in public. And socks and shoes to walk in the building. And no I did not tip. Why am I paying $5 for delivery when they’re not delivering it to me?.
