It really shouldn’t even be 1 star. I ordered on the app and it was supposed to be ready between 8:43-8:48. There were 7 employees and 9 people waiting in the very small lobby. 5 were waiting to place an order and 4 were picking up orders. An order that was suppose to be ready at 9:15 was put in the portal 15 minutes before I ever got someone to check on my order. In the middle of this 2 employees were sent home (one was the only cashier at the front counter) she had to count out her drawer while all the customers were ignored the phone was ringing non stop and no one was answering it the 5 people waiting to order walked out. When I received my order there was barely any sauce on one the crust was not done and of course it was already cold. It was never even put out in the portal. The second pizza was suppose to have extra cheese but didn’t have enough to even cover the pizza once and the texture of the crust was dough that had absorbed water on half the pizza and the other half was only partially done. I received my order at 9:20 without any apologies for it being 30 min past my pick up time. Poor quality, poor customer service and poor management.

Placed an order multiple days in advance for my daughters birthday to ensure it would be ready. Received no updates on the day of, come in to pick up the pizzas “oh we made that a few days ago”. It clearly had a different pickup date. All the while restocking your hot and ready supply with thw pizzas i needed! This little Caesars is consistently failing purely due to incompetence.

Worst little ceasers I’ve ever been to, staff is rude, they never get the food out in a timely manner and skip over customers.mess up orders are the norm here I’ve given this location the benefit of the doubt way to long, tonight I ordered my meal 45 minutes prior and selected the pizza portal when I got the email that it was ready, went inside entered the code only for the portal locker to open an empty spot, I wait a min or so before someone responds at the front desk and she has the Gaul to tell me that I already got it, then says well some guy got it. Didn’t want to make my order again then says I’d have to wait another 18-20 minutes. From now on I’ll either drive the extra 20 minutes to the Morristown location or get pizza from papa John’s.

I have been to this Little Caesars several times. Almost every time is a wait for a “hot and ready” pepp pizza. Last night was over a half hour wait, waiting about 5 min just to have order taken. I understand that their are call-in and mobile orders so some delay is expected. Their appears to be either under staffing, under training or under management. The entry is not overtly clean, nor looking into the prep area, place just needs a deep clean a couple times a year. The staff seems to be kind of aloof, not into what they are hired for. On the positive, their pizza is always hot and good at a reasonable price.

Ordered 3 pizzas, one a special order, the new little round things and sauces. We are regulars of the pizza place and most of the time everything is good but this past Sunday the 28th when we picked up our order and got home to eat, the pizzas were not fresh like they had sat for a while and the crust was so hard you couldn’t eat it and wouldn’t want to either. I called but wasn’t able to get anyone to answer so I waited till monday after open and talked to a team lead by the name of JOSHUA who was rude and inconsiderate and just absolutely did not care about our issue. He asked “did you make pictures?” and that question was funny to me and a very unexpected question considering our issue. I responded to him by saying how do you make a picture of old pizza and hard crust. He completely dismissed me by saying “anything else?” That was it and I did let him know I would be reaching out to higher up and did. We will see what happens and I will post. There is absolutely no such thing as customer service anymore. People are so hateful rude and so disrespectful.

The pizza is what you’d expect. The problem is that they NEVER have your food ready when expected. They are consistently 20-40 minutes late. Hot and ready, forget it! Get your act together Jefferson City, Tn little caesars!

This Little Caesars pizza is in a small college town. I like to order thru their nationwide app and pick it up when it is ready.
Lucky for me that I had the app. There was a sign on the door that said they could only take online orders because they are short of help.
The staff they did have was very nice and extremely helpful. They wasn’t as busy as they should have been due to not taking any walk-ins.

Honestly not one to leave reviews but seriously this place needs to figure theyre stuff out, coming in and waiting 40 to 50 minutes for 1 pizza when its literally dead slow, is absolutely insanely ridiculous im very upset when all I wanted to do was grab and go im so pissed at this cause its not the first time its happened
