Very cute little spot however the food I ordered was underwhelming. The fish tacos tasted excessively fishy which made me think that the fish was not very fresh and we couldn’t finish them although the slaw on them was tasty. The rice was extremely salty but had it not been oversalted would have been tasty. The tostones were good and the mini empanadas we’re pretty good too but that is not enough to make us return. They had lots of fancy coffee drinks and it’s probably a great place to meet for coffee and maybe a dessert. I did look around at what others had ordered and it seems that the bowls were a popular item. They did look pretty good. I think if or where to go again I would probably order a bowl as they also seemed much more affordable. All in all I think it’s a fantastic little spot for coffee. I really like the vibe of the goth-esque girl who took our order. She was really upbeat and happy to offer suggestions. I wouldn’t likely order the food again unless I was starving and really wanted a bowl.

Best impromptu breakfast decision we could make (for our hearts, not our wallets)! The menu is huge, with endless options for all meals of the day. The food was fresh and felt homemade, with incredible and rich flavors. The yuca is prepared PERFECTLY. I’m usually disappointed when I order yuca fries bc they end up just tasting processed but these were legit. Their coffee options are the same as the food menu: lots of options for high quality and delicious drinks. My only complaint is that breakfast for 2 (1 meal and 1 drink each) ended up costing $55 with tip.

We are in town from Indiana and 3 out of 4 places we went for breakfast were closed, one had a line out the door so we stopped here.. I think that was the best decision we have made!! The food was amazing. The staff was so helpful! And the atmosphere is perfect!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

Very disappointed today. Go into the establishment at least twice a month to buy sweet plantains and love them with aïoli sauce. This time around I was asked for another dollar 10+ tax for the dipping sauce that I’ve never had to pay for before. This will be my last visit.

Great food with an array of Latino dishes from all over Latin America. They also offer a kids menu & baked goods. Ample parking and kid friendly.

I wouldn’t leave a negative review unwarranted, but this experience was really disappointing. I walked into this place to get a hot chocolate and three Colombian cheese buns. I waited about 15 minutes while the guy working there was making smoothies and other items, until he finally looked at me and asked, “What are you waiting for?”
I told him a hot chocolate. He made one which I’m pretty sure was a small even though I ordered a medium but I didn’t say anything. Then I mentioned I was still missing the Colombian cheese buns. He handed them to me cold and didn’t even offer to warm them up.
The service was incredibly slow and careless. Honestly, I don’t know how this place is still in business.

I heard about this place from a friend so I stopped by to grab an espresso on a Sunday morning around 9a. Clearly this is a local favorite as folks were sitting outside and inside it was pretty busy. The interior was very clean and very cool with the hanging lights. I was greeted at the counter by a lovely girl who took my order. There were a lot of tempting food options but sadly I had already eaten breakfast. Looking around at the tables, the portions were quite large and the food looked great. My espresso was VERY good – they use great beans as it was much smoother than Starbucks or Cafe Nero. Loved the cup too! I will definitely return with my appetite and friends to try the food (not just breakfast). I definitely recommend trying out this local spot.
Good to know: plenty of parking on the street and by the train tracks on the side of the building. They also take Apple Pay. Available indoor and outdoor seating (small cafe tables) on the sidewalk.

My takeout food had dozens of small plastic and paper pieces and a large piece of paper wrapping mixed inside the meal, between the beef and the pancake layers. Did the chef put the cheese with its plastic and paper wrapper within the food? Were they not looking? What else did they put and didn’t look? Absolutely disgusting. I called and explained the situation. They sincerely apologized and said the manager will call me right back to discuss a refund. 30 hours later and no one has gotten in touch with me. To the owner, would you eat this if every bite had plastic and paper pieces in it?

My GF lives close by here and we randomly went here since Ernie’s was closed. This place is great. I ordered a rice, beans, and I got my GF to order a side of chorizos with her breakfast burrito to give to me since she doesn’t eat pork, and chorizo isn’t a side item.
I loved my food, and so did she.

ordered LaQchara online for pickup and spent close to $90 on our order. One of the items was tacos asado, which should include steak. Unfortunately, the tacos came with no asado at all—essentially tortillas with toppings. Paying $21.50 for tacos with no meat was extremely disappointing.
To add to the unsatisfying experience, I was very generous with gratuity, which made the mistake feel even more frustrating. Errors happen, but for the price point, accuracy and quality control really matter.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves order checks, especially for online pickup orders.
