I just came to Bojangles to get a three piece supreme, and asked for ranch along side with it. If you don’t know, I hate to have my bojangles chicken tenders. So, I ordered expecting ranch and a three piece supreme, and guess what?!?! THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO RANCH IN MY BOX!!!! INSTEAD TGERE WERE 10 PACKETS OF STUPID KETCHUP I am so upset and disappointed at this for bojangles for forgetting my ranch. Even on my flipping receipt it said “cup of ranch” BOJANGLES. HOW HARD IS IT TO FORGET RANCH AND ADD STUPID KETCHUP. So, if you want ranch and chicken tenders, DO NOT, come to this bojangles!!!

My first ever review…. Two employees have been sitting/lying down in a booth for over 30 minutes. Trash cans are full and 10 of the tables have trash or food residue on them. The young lady who took my order was the only bright spot to my visit. She had to actually take my order, bag my food and make my drink.

The girls bathroom was god awful disgusting, other than that the cleanliness was pretty good. The food was all cold and they forgot my sauce, when I went in there to get food that was hot I was met with rudeness. The egg was frozen cold and the cheese wasnt even melted, it was rock hard. While waiting, the worker was yelling at another worker for not being able to stand up for a full 8 hours while her big back self was sitting down at the register. This Bojangles was an awful experience and I don’t recommend ever coming here, ill definitely never be coming again.

Went through the speedy drive through and encountered a friendly face. Matt got our order correct and greeted us with kindness. His spirit is contagious . We got good our food and also received nice & friendly service. Food was cooked to perfection and seasoned properly.

Stopped on my way from the hospital for a biscuit this morning and was probably one of the worst Bojangles biscuits I’ve ever had. I was in a hurry this afternoon and stopped for dinner. I ordered two of the sweets,to take to my wife who’s in the hospital. Two sweets are listed on the menu at $3.00, they wanted to charge me $1.60 a piece. With the price of food these days I questioned the price. The manager came on the speaker and said the price was &1.60 x 2 and said that was what it was going to be, then asked me if I wanted them, of course not. What ever happened to the customer is always right! This is the first time I’ve ever had trouble at this Bojangles. It will be a long while before I go back. At least until the manager is gone. Attitude means a lot!
