I’ve NEVER had an issue with this McDonald’s, always got my order right always pretty quick. Good service. Today was different, I ordered my kids happy meals and had to pull up and wait in spot 6, the lady came out with the food pretty quick, I said “thank you, have a good one” she looked at me like I was crazy and said yup and walked away. Start to leave, pulling out and this manager lady is chasing after my van and I stopped thinking oh maybe they forgot something and nope she said “were you guys just parked in spot 6” I said yes an she started to lose her mind saying I was screaming at her worker, mind you there was people parked all around us cause it was lunch time so if I was screaming at someone I feel like someone would have pulled out a phone and started recording. This lady is sitting at my window while I’m saying I did not scream at your worker my 3 year old is sleeping in the back seat and she continues to accuse me and my mother in law of screaming at her working and the whole time this “manger” is shaking like a crazy person. I don’t understand why this worker would sit there and straight lie about someone yelling at her… I wish I knew the names but I’m definitely thinking about making a formal complaint, the fact that the manager came fast walking after my van visibly shaking all pissed off over someone making up a lie is just unbelievable. I can safely say I will NEVER go back there ever again. Not after the disrespect we just received from the manager, after us saying we didn’t say shit to this worker. Lady ended up waking up my 3 year old by yelling at my mother in law and I, I ended up just pulling away because this “manage” was sitting there just trying to escalate. I can not believe this just happened. Beyond disappointed, I’ve lived up here for 6 years and have never ever had an issue with them ever!!

What happened!!! Horrible experience.
Not only are the prices ridiculous the service and food were horrible. Why would anyone want to pay that much for bad food. The bagels were leather you couldn’t even bite into them. The hash browns were soggy and floppy and tasted like old oil and now sauces are an extra charge. Oh let’s not forget the rudeness and attitudes you get from employees. Just an all around bad experience

Terrible service. I have lived in Gray a few years now and I get that being busy can be tough but my goodness. I waited over an hour for the curbside a few days ago, then today I waited 25 minutes. When my food came, I mentioned that there was a drink. The employee was visibly frustrated and asked what kind (though it was on the slip in front of her) I let her know. Wait another 15 minutes and nothing. I go in and see her and ask if she was going to bring the drink. She said she forgot and she was busy. This was not said in a customer service oriented way (again, I get that fast food is a tough job but jeeze). I was calm and shared that I get being busy is tough (she also shared she had 7 orders backed up) but there’s no need to take it out on the customers. I then asked for the manager, she shared she was the manager. Once she said that i asked for the owners contact information. She said I can call in the morning. I then let her know that I get being busy makes things stressful but bad service loses customers.

Now should I go to McDonalds so often? No. But it’s close to home and convenient.

I am also friends with folks that do Door Dash and they refuse to take this location due to timing and service.

Waited in drive thru over 1 hour. Was quoted 4 different prices for our order from order given to pay for order. Ordered frozen fanta with no concern but when finally got to pick up window (same person) was told machine was broken along with sod a machine. We were basically told only lemonade was available as we were already charged for the drink. After was told there was an up charge for the lemonade. Worker (said she was the manager) said she did not know how to change the charge. We went from $30-$29-31-$35. The order was totally wrong after we again had to give the order. We ordered 3 fries which were included in 2 items, we were charged for 4 the 4th we were charged $4.99.
Only 2 people working, order was totally cold, old, and not edible. We threw it away after paying. Many people were waiting as we were. The owner should have been called and the restaurant closed. The prices have been increased and the service is non-existent.I will be asking for a total refund. Stay away from this fast food restaurant

Manager working in the evening clearly cannot multi task. Waited 27 minutes for my mobile order before going into the restaurant and tried to get the managers attention that was expediting, she ignored me at first, then finally said yes? with frustration. I asked if she had my order and she rolled her eyes and said it will be ready when it is ready. I waited and when I finally received the order she handed it to me and said nothing. I went to my car and realized it was missing the two burgers. I went back in and mentioned I didn’t get the two burgers and she proceeded to say you’ll have to wait that order wasn’t ready. I said you just handed it to me and showed her the receipt and said well I got part of it. She then sighed and said you’ll have to wait im backed up. I finally got my full order after 35 minutes. Clearly she should not be in the position she is in. I will not be going to this location again. Ill drive the 15 minutes to Windham where they get your food out to you in a timely manor and if they are behind they apologize. I do not recommend going to this location if your looking for quick service.

everytime i come here, it always takes at least 30 minutes for me to get my food and many of the staff are rude and straight up ignore the people asking for help. there is one girl who has long brown hair that literally threw the sauce that i ordered at me and it exploded on my shoes, then got mad when i asked for a new one. this most recent time, i was waiting for curbside pick-up for over 30mins until i went inside and saw 8 other people who had also been waiting for a long time. the staff would ignore anyone who asked for updates about food or for a refund. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! it’s faster to drive to windham and back.

I have been to a lot of McDonald’s in the Portland area. I Have to say, out all the McDonald’s I’ve been to ( an there’s a lot of them) this one in grey is tops .. they are friendly, generous an know what customer service is all about. They actually put some of the other McDonald’s ( Windham) to shame.

Arrived in the drive through at 6:55 pm. Was moving steadily at first. We got to the screen and placed our order around 7:10. 6 cars in front of us. Then everything stopped. By the time we got our cold, stale food it was almost 8:00. Insane. Nuggets were fresh, burgers and fries were stale and cold. No sauce or napkins. Horrible.

My 4 yo granddaughter wanted a cheeseburger added to our order while I was in the line in drive thru after having completed a mobile app order. I processed and paid on the app for my cheeseburger , while I was still in the drive thru at the pickup window. I was told I couldn’t get it at the window. I was told I had to go through drive thru again!! 30 years ago I was a manager, and general manager for McDonald’s. Wow..service has declined more than I could ever imagine!! Anyway, I went inside…and 20 min later left the building with my cheeseburger. There was only 1 other customer inside. Granddaughter, who stayed in vehicle with grampy upon seeing me asked ” grammy, what took so long?”.. yeah ,McDonald’s…what took so long????
