Their food has always been good. But at this point, with inflation, it’s no longer worth the prices. You can go to Panera and pay the same cost for more quantity. Haven’t eaten here in over a year. Ordered a Mac and cheese bowl, paid almost $11 after tax, and received maybe 6 bites of food. Just disappointing.

Very clean and tidy, workers were very cheerful and engaging. Food was delicious! Best broccoli cheese soup I’ve had in awhile 12/10! Chipotle Mac and cheese was 8/10. Cookies were phenomenal will be taking home a dozen more!

I ordered a Turkey Bacon Club Sandwich, my go to order from Picklemans. I really want the company to know that my sub was absolutely amazing and who ever was involved making this sub sandwich deserves a raise! I am impressed with the freshness and the perfect amount of honey dijon added, and the vegatableS taste so fresh and pair so well on this delicious sub bread! I honestly could eat this sub every day! If picklemans is open on doordash, I highly recommend ordering from here as they also take tje time to staple your bag closed. This location in Westport is the best!

My daughter ordered two turkey sandwiches from Pickleman’s through door dash to our hotel. I would estimate that the amount of turkey per sandwich at between 1.5 and 2 oz. The sandwich is made on a tasty little baguette, cut in half. One of the halves of my sandwich had absolutely nothing on it. No exaggeration – no mayo, lettuce, tomato – just 25% of my sandwich had nothing on it. There were 4 rounds of a very small roma tomato that maybe covered 40-50% of the sandwich. My daughter had a similar experience, although she managed to perhaps get 2-2.5 oz of turkey. The sandwich WAS actually tasty, and would have been delicious if it had a reasonable amount of turkey, tomatoes and lettuce on it. So if you order from Pickleman’s, make sure and ask for extra meat. To their credit, the poor woman who answered the phone politely listened to my complaints and kindly agreed to tell the kitchen that turkey sandwiches should actually have turkey on them.

Rebecca is the best! I ordered DoorDash and it’s 2 hours so I tried to cancel but DoorDash was only trying to refund me less than half. So I called her, she remade the order her self and DoorDash ended up getting another driver to go get it. They were so busy and she stayed on the phone with me to make it right and gave my driver a drink while he waited. Thank you for being so kind and making sure we got what we needed!

Food costs must be really high; I ordered the Turkey Bacon got a lettuce bacon tomato and mayo sandwich with avacado. I received all but the turkey literally. Since when did picklemans use 1 slice of deli meat folded for an entire sandwich??? Thats not the sandwich builds standards. Also to be charged almost $16 for the sandwich alone no add ons to get just veggies is crazy work. Idk what’s going on at this location but your manager or crew needs to get it together. I have pictures of the sandwich too.

don’t order delivery from here. we were told to order to go through their website, did that, waited 30 mins past the quoted time and called, was told ‘the driver just picked it up and will be there in 2 mins’. this was a lie, we called 15 mins later and got hella attitude from the worker who said the pizza was sitting there and no one was going to deliver it. They offered a refund but were very unhelpful when it came to understanding their own delivery system & providing honest info. I would 10/10 avoid.

We are not from KC, and spent the day at museums and just wanted a light sandwich from somewhere other than the chains we see in OK. My wife found Picklemans, so we decided to make the stop. There are a ton of options in the area, and almost got sidetracked, but ended up here as planned.
The atmosphere is a slightly more upscale subway. Clean and bright. The menu was clear to understand and order from. Service was great.
The sub was very good. Ingredients tasted fresh, vegetables were fresh, and we liked the selection of chips. The lemonade may be the best I have had.
The only downside was the price. $31 for two combos is a bit steep, but…the food was good enough that I would eat there again, even knowing the price. I just see that as a turnoff for a lot of people.
I’d love to try the pizza. We saw one come out and it looked great.

We were greeted AS SOON as we walked in the door! Staff was friendly and fast, and the food was AMAZING! I could eat their wheat bread by itself and be satisfied! Thanks for a great meal!
