Just ordered 2 brisket burritos. They put hardly any rice on the burritos, the brisket looked like processed dog foods place is dirty and not friendly. $12 each and this is what u get.. what a rip off! Just tried it, the burrito is stale and hard! Brisket has zero flavor. I threw them both out! $25 down the drain! Won’t recommend or return!

Worst experience ever!!! I went in and ordered a small bowl. I asked if the young lady could put just a little tortilla soup on my bowl. (which I’ve done many times) she began speaking in Spanish to another co-worker for the rest of my experience they ignored me and talked amongst each other. At the end I asked could I get the bowl as a kids meal just to add a drink. She told me no because I already got enough favors with the soup. I would’ve paid extra for the soup if it was a problem they began speaking in Spanish again. Didn’t tell me my total, say goodbye nothing. Ignored me and treated me horribly. They charged me 15 dollars for a small bowl. I paid and I left. I will NEVER return to that location honestly I don’t know if I’ll be back to Qdoba. They could’ve simply told me it would be an up charge I would’ve paid. To charge me extra and ignore me is the worse customer service I ever received. Felt extremely racist, like they assumed because I was a young black woman I didn’t deserve any respect and made me uncomfortable.

1st time here. Food was great. Saturday lunch was not packed either. The person making my food was very nice as he should be. I’ll be coming back again. Let’s hope my next time here it’s a pleasant. I’ll update review if my experience changes after this.

Ordered this mini bowl tonight and realized they gave me raw chicken. They gave me my refund but man I feel so bad for all the customers that were in front of me and got from the same chicken. Never eating QDOBA again! Very disappointed ☹️
