I went there to get some chicken for the weekend. Not only was the service bad so was the food. When I went to order the lady had a very nasty attitude. And let me start and say how awful this food taste. It tasted like rotten fish with a hint of seasoning. I also broke my diet for this chicken so I was very upset. Food was so disgusting I threw up and was sick for two days straight. Someone call the health department. No way I should get sick for two days because of some chicken.

Awful service. This is the third time we have came through the drive through and had to wait over 25 minutes for food. No napkins or silverware. Food is a complete mess. If they would inform us when we ordered that we would be waiting for so long then we would just order something different. But they wait until you’ve paid to tell you that you’re going to need to wait. Please get it together.

3rd times a charm they say. Thought this place would deliver because it is a new building. Not the case. All 3 times where a disappointment. Felt sick and food was terrible. Pop tasted like chemicals. Cold. Over salted fries. Chicken tasted like old burnt grease or like a oil chemical oil. Last time eating at any KFC anywhere.

Ordered on the app got there to pick it up and wanted to add a pop had to wait for 10min for someone even took our order (there was no one in drive thru and no one in the lobby) picked up food for home had no sides no sauce and my chicken was now cold from the wait. Went back to get my sides (chicken even colder now) got there they were rude and I got cold sides. This is my 3 bad experience with this place before evening leaving review

This place sucks. Worst kfc I’ve been to, I live close so I’ve tried it a few times and am disappointed everytime. Mac and cheese is crusty and cold, along with the hard and cold chicken. French fries are always old and hard as a rock.

I am a local and brought my sister in from out of town because I was proud to take her to our new KFC. Previously I have had fabulous service and food.I have never been treated so rudely in my life as I was today 8-23-2025 by the cashier who took my order,and the manager on duty. When we got home and realized they had only given us part of our order,we called right away to let them know so we could receive the 8 piece bucket. They were still rude. When I talked to Brenden about the level of rudeness and that I was going to report it he smirked and replied, well you will be complaining to me I’m the district manager… I deal with customers everyday! I would never treat any of my customers so horribly and rudely

Ordered the 8 pieces for $10. Received 5 back pieces and 3 legs Swimming in oil in the bucket. It all went to the neighborhood animals. Even they walked away.
