Fabulous meal, fabulous restaurant, got seated quickly and greatly enjoyed our meals. About the only ding on the place in my opinion was their payment system pressuring me for a minimum of 18% tip, rather than showing me an option for 15%. Your machine added that tip into the total shown while calculating tip, which makes it harder to do the math to tip what I want to tip.
The service was good and they got more than that 18%, but I’m getting really sick of the credit card system ratcheting up the baseline as if mediocre service should now get 18% or 20% and exemplary service no more than 22% or 25% depending on configuration.
Here’s an idea, let me enter my percentage and push a button to round up to the next dollar so I don’t have to do the math every time and don’t feel like you’re trying to manipulate me. Your team will generally get more if I don’t feel manipulated, and they deserved it on this visit.

Yummy lobster rolls! Good portion although I did order the same thing 3 days in a row. Esch time the lobster tasted different. One day it was a lot saltier but not overwhelming. Another had a lot of mayo. I get a side of rice instead of fries. Fries were good but I wanted to try the other sides.
Friendly service. Can not take out before 2pm but I was able to order a head. Always crowded but I would recommend.

Very friendly service and I think owner was helping the staff with different activities. Overall Good food but not wow… the oysters were from Connecticut, extremely small, not l very well cleaned and sand could be feel. The cioppino was ok with same kind of concern: clams, mussels, and scallops need a lit more attention to be cleaned well before cooking because of the sand which could ruin the food

Stopped in for some drinks and calamari. Large portion that was very well seasoned and tender. Spicy paloma with ghost pepper tequila was unique and refreshing. Look forward to coming back in for the entrees!

I am happy I insisted to my best friend we made a stop over to this place. The lobster roll was Aaaamazing! The staff are very thorough. We had an amazing lunch last weekend. I highly recommend this place.

The “Hooked” restaurant isnt open, so you’re seated on the side of Ignite. Its small so you might wait a few minutes. The owner herself is working and she’s very nice. I Ordered oysters on the half shell. They are from Connecticut. They were not cleaned thoroughly so I had a good amount of sand and grit. The sword fish with lobster meat unfortunately both over cooked although the flavor was good. Ill be back to try again

You HAVE to try this place! Our anniversary dinner was flawless. Absolutely delicious apps (coconut shrimp and artichoke/sgrimp/crab dip), generous and full of taste entrees and service/ambience- just great. Keep up the good work!

Atmosphere, it was dark and cozy. Our waitress was delightful. The food was absolutely delicious. Service was great. I highly recommend you visit this restaurant.

If you want a cozy and casual place to enjoy seafood, this would be a good choice. The Ingnite bar and the restaurant are adjacent and connected, and you walk into a friendly, welcoming place.
The menu is extensive and will have a wide appeal for many palates. For appetizers we had the Oysters and the Kahuna Tuna, which were absolutely delicious. The main course of the Swordfish special and Scallops was just as mouth watering and made for a very gratifying meal. Our server was very pleasant and that added to the good time we had.
This is a comfortable place to enjoy good seafood in, with fiends or family. We will be returning.
