They are still here!!! I remember coming here with my Dad picking up a bucket of chicken to take home for the family. So great that they are still here keeping it going! Same place! Same location! Everyone is so friendly and the chicken is fantastic, fried right there in front of you! You can order online and pickup in about 15-20 minutes if they aren’t too busy, gotta give it time to cook! Can’t wait to give the wings a try on the next visit! Plan a pickup or delivery for the family or yourself and support the locals! That’s why they’re still here after all these years!

Would not return. We ordered spicy chicken and waffles, lemon pepper chicken, chicken sliders and fried Oreos. The chicken and waffles were disappointing. The chicken was not spicy and was extremely salty and over cooked. The waffle was decent with a nice flavor too it. We did not receive the lemon pepper chicken we ordered. Instead, they gave us plain fried chicken with buffalo sauce on the side. The fried Oreos were pretty good and so were the sliders. Overall, I would not recommend.

From the outside it’s nothing special and you might drive by BUT don’t! If you love fried chicken and everything that goes with it make the stop.
They cook the food right in front of you. The sauces that they offer are so delicious I think that they could sell them commercially and make a killing.
People here are fun and friendly. This is a carry out place there is room for maybe 4 people to eat in the restaurant.

After driving by many times I decided to stop in and give it a try. The Best decision I made and so sad it took me so long to discover that the best chicken I’ve had so far was down the street this whole time.
My first order during lunch was the 3 pieces dark with fries and a chicken sandwich.
My second trip that same day for dinner was 2 chicken sandwiches. The flavor of the chicken is a 10 but the chicken sandwich with whatever sauce is one there is out of this world.
If you are looking for good chicken this is your spot.

Some of the BEST fried chicken I’ve ever had, and I’ve lived in Georgia and South Carolina!! The chicken is so flavorful and crisp and tastes so good when it’s dipped into a side of their gravy!! The dipping sauces are also very good, as are the french fries and coleslaw!! If you love fried chicken, don’t even think about those chain restaurants: come to Fran’s Chicken Haven, where the food is divine and the service friendly!! 🙂

It’s a tiny place with a big reputation. It’s changed hands a number of times after Fran sold it and the recipe changed. I’m told the current owner is using the original recipe.
There are very limited options in the menu and pricing is attractive. To my spice accustomed palette, the recipe was nothing spectacular – a couple of shades better than KFC. The wings with hot sauce are quite good though.
Normally this should not get more than 3 stars but giving an extra one for the staff who are warm and friendly.

I seriously have no idea what took me over 20 years to try this Fried Chicken Heaven!
My parents have eaten here several times but this weekend was my families and I 1st visit. We also live in west Boca so it’s a bit of a drive….but 100% worth the drive!
We ordered 10 tenders, 6 wings, 2 breasts, fries, coleslaw & mashed potato’s w/ gravy.
Seriously every single thing we got was amazing!
The chicken has an amazing coating , slightly sweet and all savory.
The breasts are huge and full of meat.
The wings are big too, full of meat & perfectly crispy outside. We got hot bbq, Buffalo and Frans sauce on the side. Perfect pairing for the chicken wings, and I’m a huge fan now of Frans Sauce.
The fries do not travel well, but we hit them with the toaster when we got home and they were good!
The coleslaw is beyond amazing and now my new fav coleslaw in Palm Beach County. If you are a slaw fan YOU MUST buy the slaw here, you won’t be sorry.
Mashed potatoes were chunky, skins on, amazing goodness, I will always get these from now on! Get these too if your mashed fans!!
Employees are super sweet and so kind, the dude who took my phone order was so helpful when ordering.
