Awesome customer service, affordable nutritional stop, very friendly and laid back atmosphere. If you want to meet great people and feel accepted and loved this is where you want to go. Herbal life shakes and teas served here, 6.00 total for both. For a burst of energy they offer a lift off to add to your tea. Need to lose weight? Drink 2 times a day if you want to gain drink it three times a day. This establishment can meet all your needs. They have a process shred challenge now available to sign up for where you can win a call prize. They also offer a fitness class good for all levels. Decorated nicely with aesthetic greens and blacks throughout as well as inspiration all over their walls. If you need a support system while you lose come on in. This business is even open 5am to 7pm 7 days a week! Convenient for all schedules. I know will be coming here a lot. A wonderful oasis in the desert. Come as you are!

I stopped in for a morning energy drink. While waiting, owner and customers were very friendly and some actual good conversation. The owner heard my families story of our reason for vacation in NM and without hesitation and not even knowing me or my family, offered to help my daughter any way she could if she decided to move there. Thank you so much, it’s ppl and places like this that make this world better.

Passing through Carlsbad on our way home to Plainview TX. We wanted something healthy. The young lady behind the counter took our order, introduced herself, visited with us while handling other costumers. She was AMAZING. Clean place nice people. I highly recommend stopping by.

They offer different types of protein powders and additions which is great after a workout or on-the go meal replacement. The owners are sweet and informative. It is a small building but offers a cozy atmosphere inside.
