My husband ordered their October special but they were out of the meat. They told him he could get it with any meat he wanted no charge. They were so nice to us. The manager gave us a coupon for a free Mac Daddy and stopped by our table to see how everything was. He offered to refill my soda and even brought us a bowl full of the little toasts. The girl who took our order and the manager stopped at our table to make sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend MACS in Oak Creek. Thank you

I ordered online. Every time we come to Wisconsin coming here is on my list. I got there food was ready. I got my drink decided to look in bag to make sure all food was there I ordered kids Mac, regular Mac and Memphis melt. Memphis melt wasn’t in bag so had to ask where it was and they found it. Also disappointed yall don’t have pickles anymore even tho it’s advertised online still that it comes with a pickle spear. Not sure if it’s just this location or what. Been coming to MACS since 2016 we have a cabin up by the dells and that’s the one I usually frequent. But haven’t been in 2 years. Hopefully this was a fluke experience cuz I tell everyone about this place.

Good Mac and cheese with tons of different variety. I tried the monthly special which happened to be cheese curds and marinara with Mac and cheese. Toothsome, zesty. Was worried the base Mac and cheese would be watery or thin but it was solid and robust.

Really great customer service experience! It seems like nowadays a lot of franchises don’t prioritize guest experience and definitely won’t sacrifice a penny to make a situation right. That wasn’t the case tonight. Didn’t catch the name of the girl working, but whoever was behind the counter tonight at Oak Creek Mac’s was amazing! She went above and beyond not only upselling an item, but apologizing and offering something to make up for the longer wait time!

Ordered through MACS website requested a combo of soup and drink plus other things. Did not receive the drink was not told in anyway that I would not be receiving the drink regardless of paying for it. When I called the worker stated that the soda machine was down and that the dasher should have informed me of this. I was also told because it was delivered by DoorDash I would need to contact them to receive a refund. So I contacted DoorDash then I’m told by DoorDash that I need to call someone within MACS corporate office to resolve this. I don’t think I should have to do this. This should not be an issue on my end. If I’ve called to request a refund from a company that chooses to outsource their delivery with another company, they should take over those steps and refund the store after they’ve discussed with corporate. Very disappointed with this entire process.

There were many varieties! I had jalapeño popper- regular size, and my husband had the Memphis-Mac daddy size (pulled pork) Mac and cheese! Both tasted great! The place was very clean and well organized!

My 2nd time at a Mac’s location. Both times knocked it out of the park! This time I went with the Chicken Bacon Ranch and it might have edged out the one I had last time with the pulled pork by a nose! Great comfort food that will certainly fill you up for the night!
