Ordered food through the drive through. After 5 min asked to pull forward with no one else in line. I went in the store after a total of waiting 20 min, and got the food. Ordered a Chicken Bacon Swiss, and got a Chicken Sandwich covered in mayo. After waiting that long the least they could do was make sure the food they gave was correct. I will not be pulling forward again. Second time this happened at this location.

Nice people I got everything I asked for, napkins straws sauces. Drink in stock ice cream machine working. They even double checked to make sure my sandwich was correct (I said no ranch) and I appreciate that.

After reading these other reviews, it seems like this is just the type of service they offer—if not worse. Maybe this is all they are capable of doing. Here’s a picture of their buffalo slider we had to wait ten minutes for. Called in today at 4:54 PM, talked to a guy named Robert who claimed to be the manager. He offered to remake it—no thanks. We waited 15 minutes and then drove 30 minutes home. If you can’t even take pride in making a sandwich, I hate to see where you’ll be a couple of years from now. Next step: door greeter.

The real issue here is the manager not doing their job. Do you know how busy this place could be if the service and food were good? Owner, do you even care? If I were you, I’d be furious seeing my money go down the drain. Here’s a tip: hire a competent manager. Find someone who wants their workers to be professional, who ensures employees are on time, and who cares about the quality of the food being made.

Sure, working in fast food isn’t glamorous, and the pay isn’t great, but the goal should be to train young adults to be responsible workers, to help them develop into future business owners. Not to let lazy people mess around with customers’ food. I even read a review from a couple of weeks ago about someone being served raw food. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Maybe that’s what it’ll take to replace this sorry excuse of a place with a Chick-fil-A.

Tiffany Lord at this location was absolutely amazing! Her customer service was phenomenal, friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. She made my visit such a pleasant experience. The food is always fresh and delicious , and Tiffany’s personality truly takes the experience to another level. Definitely one of the best Arby’s visits I’ve ever had!

And could not get any service. Finally ended up in drive through once again. Got the food got home. The bread is old and there’s barely any meat in the sandwich. Definitely not worth $24. They forgot a drink, said that they didn’t bring it up all the trouble. I went through to take an order. They could complimentary gave me a drink but they didn’t so I had to order one because I was ordering some of this food for somebody else. Eat at your own risk. I’m very disappointed in this branch. I’ve never had this kind of service or quality of food from here. And i’ve been eating at r b since they opened in like while

Tried the new Hamburger – its a “no”…….. don’t like the flavor much. Reminds me of a school cafeteria burger. Stick with the roast beef which is excellent.

It started with an attitude while taking my order. Get to the window to pay and was given the wrong amount to pay. After questioning it, the response was, oh I looked at the wrong order. Sit at the window for 10 minutes, then was told to pull around and they would bring out the order. Ten more minutes pass and she comes out and ask for the receipt. Finally brings out the food and nothing that I ordered was in the bag. So now husband is inside trying to correct there crap. I have been here for 30+ minutes and still have no food.
