The Margaritas, chips salsa and Guacamole was very good. I didn’t have a meal here but saw several dishes coming out that also looked good. The Restaurant is right off I65 and easy to get too.

Awesome food, service was even better! Vince made us feel so welcome! Me and my husband had such a good time! We hesitated to stop by, but it is definitely worth the stop! Quality food and service! Exceeded expectations compared to other local restaurants!

Looking for somewhere for dinner and found this place. The server was the most unfriendly person – She never smiled once, never came back to ask how our dinner was or whether we wanted anything else. The food was terrible. The fillings were ground beef and nothing else No sauce, no cheese no flavor. I got the chili rellenos and it looked like a small meatloaf, and again no cheese or sauces. The guacamole was yuck. If that was my first experience with a Mexican restaurant it would have been my last.

Look, this isn’t Paris, but sometimes you just need a shot of honest, unpretentious flavor, and Las Casitas delivers. The place itself is a trip—the decor lands somewhere between genuine Southwestern charm and a dusty John Wayne Mexican movie plaza. It’s got character, and that’s worth the price of admission.
The staff are running a tight, cheerful ship—full of smiles and genuinely attentive—and they keep the essentials flowing: bottomless warm chips and that mandatory, creamy white cheese dip. A necessary baseline.
I hit the Combo Dinner to test the kitchen’s reflexes:
The chicken taquito. Crisp, clean, and perfectly seasoned. It’s the plate’s absolute knockout. Order this.
The beef enchilada is exactly what it should be. It’s pure, nostalgic comfort food—the taste of a hundred happy weeknights. No frills, just satisfying.
The steak quesadilla had decent flavor, but it was a clumsy execution. They overloaded it with onions and green peppers, turning it into a vegetable delivery system instead of a steak sandwich, and those veggies were cooked inconsistently. A rookie error that drags the dish down.
Bottom Line: A great local joint. The service is excellent, the atmosphere is fun, and the taquito is killer. Go for the classics, avoid the overly enthusiastic vegetable portions, and you’ll walk away happy.

Wow what a surprise. Just moved to area. Tried this today. Food is pretty non-authentic but still pretty dang good. Price was excellent! Waitress or owner did very well and the atmosphere, I love it, so very pretty inside. Looks like ur really in a Pueblo.

It is located near the Target Shopping center but in a group of stores in front of it. The inside is beautiful and has booths and table seating, so you can get tables pushed together if you have a larger crowd. You stop by the hostess by the door to be seated, and you will also pay there at the end of the meal. The bar is in center on the back row and the bathrooms are in the back right. I got the texan Fajitas but it was small only found a two shrimp, and a few steak and chicken pieces. It was mostly onions and green peppers, which was disappointing, but my friend got the taco salad, and it was great with no issues and one of the best they had. So it was a mixed bag. Overall a very nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
