My daughter moved to Newnan and recommended this place so we went last night for dinner. There were six of us, so I had an opportunity to taste multiple things. I had a pulled pork sandwich that was delicious. I tried brisket, sausage, ribs and mac & cheese. Everything I tried was delicious – very flavorful and cooked to perfection. I can see why this is a favorite in the area.

Food was pretty good for the price but the service and location is what makes this a great place to eat. Dine in, patio, or drive through is available with meal deal options. My favorite thing to eat here is the loaded Mac n cheese with chicken with a side of baked beans. The ribs were okay and the brisket was alright but wouldn’t order again. Salad with protein, be prepared for it to essentially be a lot of protein with some lettuce.

Went on Sunday near closing time. I ordered the brisket plate. Perhaps I got the ‘end of the day scraps’. Every bite was merely fat. The macaroni and baked beans were ‘heat lamp’ dried out. I alsi ordered a rib plate that was not appeasing at all. I come here often and this was a first. I guess every restaurant has an ‘off’ day. My first disappointment.

The meat is flavorless and bla. No smoke,,, just taste like boiled meat. The ribs were just plain gross. Sauce is too sweet. I did not even try the Brunswick stew after I saw it. Even the banana pudding had no flavor. Go elsewhere.

This was my first visit to Dunc’s BBQ Kitchen. The restraunt is very clean and inviting. The stack of wood behind the building is a sign of a real BBQ restraunt. I had the ribs, baked beans, and potato salad. The ribs were awesome. They were moist, tender, and well flavored. The sauce is served on the side. There are two sauces. Both were excellent and complemented the smoked ribs. The baked beans were great. They were packed with meat and very flavorful. The potato salad was also excellent. My plate came with two hush puppies which were also good. The sweet tea was also great. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. Overall this was a great experience and I hope to return again soon.

This is our favorite BBQ restaurant in Newnan. Great food, service and lots of parking space. There’s a drive through and an outside patio. We had brisket, shrimp and chicken tenders (kids meal). Everything was excellent. The sides are good too. The fries were crispy and we really liked the smoked cabbage. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice and country style. The owner was there and asked how everything was when the food was served. The entire staff seemed very motivated and caring. We’ll be back.

It was good. Smoker outside using real wood. Good smoke rings on the meat. The stew had more tomato chunks than I liked but every stew is different. It also had a large chunk of meat in it which was unexpected. My wife had the chicken which with the sides was more than she could eat.
Second trip. Had the catfish and ribs. It was good. The beans were very good with enough bbq thrown in to make it better. Slaw was rather more chunky than I prefer

At the suggestion of some local friends, we decided to give this place a try. Send that they are more set up for drive thru than sit down, but the food was good. I ordered the Loaded Mac and my wife ordered the Awesome Fries. The tray came out rather quickly and had a plentiful helping of food. The bbq sauce was also very good. I ended up using the Sweet sauce. The place is mostly self serve, but if you expect that coming in, it will make your experience better. The drinks are self serve, but we were not told that when we placed our order. After sitting for several minutes, the cashier went and prepared our drinks for us with apologies for not telling us. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. We will probably come back in the future. This location is highly recommended!

It was my first time here. I had the fried catfish sandwich on Texas toast.the catfish was fryed very well, and I liked the Texas toast.I also had the fried green tomatoes with ranch they were delicious cooked perfectly. And my daughter had the french fries she liked them. The food came out fast fresh and hot. It was very tasty.
