Stopped in for a quick meal on the go and was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean, and the customer service was friendly. We were missing a sandwich from our order, but when we went back in, they handled it without any hassle. We came 60 miles to listen to Roy Freels and his group play music. We saved our appetites to eat at the restaurant. Big mistake. One of the large fries was half full. One burger had no lettuce. Both burgers were cold and dry as heck. Not a very enjoyable experience. When husband asked the lady about the fries,she outwardly was not happy.

We had a wonderful experience at the Wartburg Hardee’s today. We ordered at the drive-thru. Danielle answered all our questions and suggested adding the apples pies so we did. We loved them. She was patient with us and so helpful. We will be back.

Food was about what one would expect from a fast food joint and the wait wasn’t bad. The simple single sandwich order however was obviously beyond the staffs ability to properly prepare. Evidently no mayonnaise or ketchup, but plenty of mustard turned into oops I put ketchup on here, so lets scrape off the ketchup and mustard both, throw away the patty that came into contact with the sauce and send it out the window with only one patty.
Not sure when I turned into the idiot that expects at least a semblance of competence from a fast food joint instead of having to QC their work before I pull away. Luckily there is less thana $2 difference between what I ordered and paid for, and what they served.

Ordered a #11 Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. I ask for tomato on the sandwich and was charged .60 for it which I didn’t mind but the tomato slice was so thin that you could see through it. I did say slice because there was only 1 on it. The bread was old and stale the fries were hot and the drink was good at least.
